I love the features of this app they have a lot of helpful tools to help you track your progress and maintain your goals right within the app platform itself. I love being able to chat with my counselor as well as video calling them for our appointments. She is knowledgeable and I learned a lot when in our sessions. I definitely recommend.

Okay as an incentive.
This app is ok if you have already established a reliable support system and just want extra incentive. It’s terrible if you’re using it as a stand alone, but they do kind of tell you that up front. Buttons in the app are glitchy. Reward points don’t always go through (especially on weekends). Support feature is not an AI or live chat and it seems typical to go days without a response and/or to not get a response at all.

Lack of communication
I was scheduled for a call as part of the incentive program and could not login. I tried to contact them via chat and email to no avail. The resources are great.

I wish this was still Quit Genius
As the title says, I wish this was still the old version of the app, the original Quit Genius. I had used it to quit smoking back in 2019 and remained a non smoker for multiple years until recently when I slipped due to many reasons. I was looking forward to use the app I knew as it was very helpful using CBT and other effective methods, but I just learned that it was sold to a bigger company that only works through employers. I had paid the full price for the app access at 60USD and now I can’t even access this app as my employer doesn’t sponsee this app. Sad day for me.

I am grateful for this app because it’s helped me stay clean with the help of MAT, but the ux is terrible. For a couple of months I couldn’t even tap to get into my appointments because the buttons are in weird places and other things would block the button I needed to push to start my appointments.

Can’t change your program
I signed up for an employer incentive. It said on the sign up that you could change your program after you sign up, but I cannot find any way to do that whatsoever. I have never used an opioid in my life, but thanks to a misclick on sign up, this app now insists I have an opioid problem and provides no way to change that.

Unbelievable
I literally just downloaded the app never used anything never talked to a doctor nothing! A month later my insurance was charged $2900 for a “visit” on the day I downloaded the app and I’m expected to pay a co-pay as well. DO NOT USE OR SIGNUP!!!!!!
