The new upgrade
I just updated the app & once u get to the order screen it won’t let you add or edit pictures. The display b4 this was perfect ! And all my pictures won’t load !

Where am I??
Made an account, sent a postcard for $6.99 and now there is no record of the postcard, my account or the payment. Just $6.99 taken out of my account for nothing and there’s no customer service? So far this app sucks.
Delivery
I made an order three weeks ago, and it’s still not delivered to my family member. It’s said it arrived at the facility about a week ago now, and still has not been delivered.
Inmate didn’t receive pics
Inmate hasn’t recieved pics and it’s been over a month. I try reaching out to customer service and get no response!
Pictures
I ordered pictures on the 15 is it currently the 27 in my pictures still not made it to the person I reached out to the company no one has sent me a text

Very easy to use
I love being able to send pictures to my loved one it helps him get through his time it really cheers him up.
Send Pics for Cheap
I like that you can send pictures for a cheap price. Sometimes that app doesn’t accept my cashapp card and I’d have to use my bank credit card. The only thing I’d want to improve is how the pictures take about 2 weeks to get to the inmate sometimes longer and the amount of pics you can send at a time. They only allow 20 which isn’t that much. But I do like how they have greeting cards and customizable calendars and sometimes they have sales where you only pay for the shipping. Pretty cool app.

Unsatisfied
I sent my loved one 10 photos broken in 2 orders of 5 and paid for express shipping(3-5 days). My loved one didn’t receive them until 3 weeks. Although they were willing to resend them after I notified them after a week, and after that 2 weeks, I wanted a refund. I sent my loved one photos through inmate photos and they received them in 3 days, and I only paid $1 to send 10 photos. This was unfortunate due to me trying to get the photos to the facility before my loved one was transferred! On top of that, my loved one said inmate photos has better quality photos. Won’t be using again.

Payment issues
The app won’t let me input my card number to pay for the photos to be sent out. It is not cheap by any means. All this app cares about is making money off of the loved ones of those incarcerated.

Loving how simple to use.
So far I’m loving this app! It makes sending pictures to an image SO SIMPLE & EASY. Also soo much more faster than sending them via the mail! Soo glad I discovered this way to get pictures to my incarcerated boyfriend.<3 :)
It’s ok
It’s very convenient how the lay out is. But wow does it take foreverrrrrr. I sent my fiancé pics on May 3 2025 and he still hasn’t received them and today is May 18th 2025. Also customer service is impossible for help. Hate to say it, but i can’t wait till my fiancé goes to prison so i can use other apps that work A LOT better and faster.

App glitching after membership
I signed up for the premium membership and the app doesn’t load now. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still just the spinny thing keeps going. Cannot get into my cart or my orders. Not sure what to do.
