How can a council design an app which doesn’t accept foreign phone numbers? It is the only place I’ve been where you are not given the option to pay in cash when parking. You need a local SIM card. Beware.

Deleted and reinstalled multiple times. No option to even update. After reinstalling, the app prompts to register your mobile number with a 8 digit PIN code that never came through at all! Been trying for the last 24 hours. Not sure what is happening.

Just installed the app, none of the buttons are responding. Worst app ever.

I dont get it!? Expect us to use this app to pay for parking but cant even register pass the keying in phone number as it keep crashing. There’s also no other means of paying for parking.

Waste of time & money. Paid via my debit card but never credit the amount into PSP account. Took ages to contact support teams and have to pay to call them! Waste time & money.

Using an iPhone XS. Crashes on startup and there seems to be absolutely no support. The app hasn’t been updated in months, what’s the point in offering a service such as this and then just wasting that effort and disappointing users such as this?

I’m having iPhone 7 and my app is currently only 1.7.7 version. I can’t seemed to update to the latest 2.0.1 version.

Crashing issues. Not optimise for iOS
Been having some troubles ever since I started using it in my 11 pro. Please fix this asap as it is one of the most essential apps we need now.
