WTF, Penn Station? The new layout is utter garbage! Where is the rest of the menu? Your called Penn Station East Coast Subs. But we can’t order subs through the app anymore???
Charging for cheese?
Just went to place my order for my normal subs and found they were charging $1.99 more for any type of cheese!!! I chose the Lite option and the extra charge went away.
App/Online Ordering
Update 7/24:26) App still doesn’t allow a reorder. I moved on. Update 5/13/26) The app no longer processes a reorder at the Maineville, OH location. The app doesn’t recognize ReceiptID #. A month ago, the app processed an order, including payment, but failed to place order with the store. It took over a week to get a refund. This app is now the worst one on my iPhone!
Update 7/27/25) Still no bread choices in app or website. Haven’t ordered a sub in two months.
Glad to you came out with an app! Thanks. However, App/Online Ordering does not allow you to choose the type of bread you want! The stores have the variety of breads, but you can’t choose on App/Online Ordering. Big problem.

Love love the food but the points system sucks. Half the time the store can’t scan the code, and when you try and redeem online half the time it says code is currently in use. Please fix your system, it makes it a pain to get food.
App doesn’t work
Cannot finish an order, when I try to pay and complete the order it just says there’s errors and never identify what the errors are. Have to call the store to order, no point in the app

I had the longest most exhausting day at work and when I got home and my 14-year-old wanted Penn Station, the last thing I wanted to do was get back in the car and go and sit and wait for 15 minutes for a sandwich. So, I decided to use the app for the first time. It took 37 minutes for me to figure out why it would not accept a password. It gave me the runaround like You would not even believe. I had to delete the app, reinstall it, put all my information, order, credit card information, everything back in. It was a very annoying long process and I believe this app is one of the weakest food apps I’ve ever been on. So irritating.

Terrible app!
Difficult to navigate, my points disappeared without any way to submit my order. Had to call the store to actually put the order in. This app is awful.

Good fast casual subs horrible app
The app doesn’t not prompt you to sign in right away leading you to build your whole order. When taking time to build your order then finally submit it the app then hits you with a time consuming password reset. The first five links didn’t work then finally after not giving up on my 6 attempt it did. Then the password requirements are annoying so I used a strong password reset. The password did not save to my phone so I had to complete another rest. Then the payment info would submit after finally getting logged in. After 45 minutes I finally submitted my order.
