Not sure if it’s an error on my end, but everytime I try to order for pickup or delivery I get an error message saying “There are one or more errors below”. I have every prompt filled out and payment info submitted so not sure why this happens.
Can’t sign up
When trying to sign up, after entering the password correctly you can’t continue to enter the state, city etc it’s grayed out
Buggy af
This app in its current state is utter garbage. It crashed thrice on me while I was making my account and when I was trying to add my security code on my card it just bugged on me and wouldn’t work at all even after many restarts.
Too much data collection.

Can’t Order
Was able to create order but when I went to put my credit info, it wouldn’t accept or let me type in the CVW. I can’t get around this at all. Guess I have to go somewhere else.

We love the sandwiches and the French fries are the best! Hand cut! So good! Also the Mangers and employees of both stores are kind and friendly!

Can’t add onion to my cheesesteak and no Apple Pay!?!?
Penn Station online ordering is a joke. The option to add onions and banana peppers to my mobile order is missing. Additionally, the app doesn’t support Apple Pay. Maybe Penn Station should spend just a little more time testing their software because it’s really hard to customize your order when the options are missing.

I can’t even use my rewards. You got rid of your app the first time because it didn’t work right? What are you doing? Get it together, stop being cheap and put some real money into it. I’m one of your biggest customers, this is ridiculous.
