I’m very unhappy about the new update on our mobile app if you don’t have IOS 17 it can’t be used anymore it would take buying a new phone why did y’all do this I been using bank mobile for along time be ashame on y’all

I have had several Debit cards fail lately, I am being charged $5.00 for replacement of each, one was compromised “not my fault “!!! But I must pay to replace????? Don’t understand!! Please explain?????

I cannot use my card for travel expenses because of these restrictions. I did add the travel notice to my app but my card was denied at the hotel .. very embarrassing had to use my navy federal credit union card …. Not impressed with this

The bill pay feature does not work on this update. The payees did not flow over and it won’t let you re-input/re-enter them.
