When using app, input money value exchange for points just crashes the app

They are actually given as vouchers so cannot be stacked , they are treated as a promo code when applied. DO NOT buy them from the app
Why won’t this work
Used this during Xmas, found our companies old system easier & better, just tried to use it & I’m now now ‘Not active in this domain’.Why is this so difficult to use.

Poor value
Expensive scheme for the employer but the employee rewards are very poor. Only valuable flexipoints redemtion was coffee from Nero or Costa. Now they’re both gone. Can’t wait for the business contract to end so that we can switch to another reward provider.
No real benefit
Just an app that incentivises you to spend your money, getting points requires serious spending and you get very little in return.
