New update continues to crash
When using app, input money value exchange for points just crashes the app

They are actually given as vouchers so cannot be stacked , they are treated as a promo code when applied. DO NOT buy them from the app
Why won’t this work
Used this during Xmas, found our companies old system easier & better, just tried to use it & I’m now now ‘Not active in this domain’.Why is this so difficult to use.

Poor value
Expensive scheme for the employer but the employee rewards are very poor. Only valuable flexipoints redemtion was coffee from Nero or Costa. Now they’re both gone. Can’t wait for the business contract to end so that we can switch to another reward provider.
No real benefit
Just an app that incentivises you to spend your money, getting points requires serious spending and you get very little in return.
Doesn’t complete order
Been trying to purchase or use flexi points but the order gets to the last stages and just keeps loading for hours and then crashes out. Haven’t been able to actually use or buy anything for a few weeks now.

Thought I had an Asda £10 voucher but when I tried to use it it said it had been spent. I cannot see how or when spent

Have it like a year or 2. Using it often in Morrisons. Tried many app but this one is where get the highest %. Also this is the only one what I tried where you don’t need to save money and cash out its just cheaper to buy gift cards. I had an issue few days ago when I paid its crashed. Contacted costumer support as they charged my card. Next day I got reply they can see something went wrong and they will send the money back. Few hours later got notification from
Y bank the money is on the way and will reach me in 5 days.
It’s a shame you only can use it through your workplace.

I love it
I love this app as it’s quite a good was to reward and also get allot of perks to living a spendy free time
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me redeem points for vouchers. It just loads at the final stage for ages and then crashes. Has been doing this for months now. On the odd say it works after multiple tries. Has been refreshed , deleted and redownloaded and updated. Still doesn’t work.

I do use the app regularly for my everyday shopping. Usually buy one of the big shop voucher. It’s have lot of offers with a small 3-5% discount. Easily save more than 50£ a year only in Morrisons.
Logs you out permanently
Since the last update it logs you out permanently. Really annoying!!
Doesn’t work most of the time
This app is one of the worst developed. Either it doesn’t work or it is extremely slow and unusable. When it is necessary to look for some perks, that’s the best time Perkbox will plan to shut its servers in the backend. They’re exactly opposite to what AI based data company do. Normally companies make their app work best and collect data to enhance the experience whereas Perkbox will make their app worse and collect data so that they can ruin more experience.
Get better developers. High school kid can do it better than your devs. Fire them.

Update app and then can’t log in!
Update app and then can’t log in…enter my email address, it sends me a 6 digit code, I enter the code and then it tells me that my email address doesn’t exist!
Now I’m locked out of the app, with no option to report it, so very disappointing

Failure
I have tried 5 times to get a code to login as soon as I put the code in the email disappears and the code doesn’t work.
Some perks don’t work
I’ve been trying to get a Marks & Spencer gift card but when I enter the value amount I don’t see the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom anymore and therefore I can’t get to the checkout screen. Please fix this bug. It’d also be nice to have my favourite perks at the top of the home screen of the app so I can access them quicker.
