Car finder
Response from developer
Hi JoeyAkker, We are looking at introducing an option to save your parked car location, as we know it’s a useful feature. In the meantime, you might find your phone’s native parked car location feature helpful — here’s a guide for iPhone users: https://support.apple.com/en-au/101587. Thanks again for your support and feedback!
New Perth Airport App
Sadly on the new app they removed the option to lock in your parking spot that was comes really handy especially when you work away for long swing and you get to forget where you parked the car weeks prior.
Would be really nice if they could put that option in the new app!
On the positive I really enjoy that now it’s possible to have your card payment method saved so easy to make bookings now.
Nice to be able to see the previous bookings too and would be nice to be able to kinda just copy the same kind of booking week after weeks.
Fingers crossed we will be able to lock in the car parked position again in future updates

Hello Francesco, We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the new app - thank you for the kind words! We understand how important it is to easily locate your car, and we’re excited to share that a feature to support this is coming soon. In the meantime, you might find your phone’s native parked car location feature helpful - here’s a guide for iPhone users: https://support.apple.com/en-au/101587. If you create an account and log in to the app, you’ll be able to view all bookings made while signed in. Recurring bookings are also on our radar, and it’s great to know this would be valuable for FIFO workers like yourself. Your feedback helps shape our roadmap, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it.
Password issues
Response from developer
Hello Little Daisy little Heidi, Sorry to hear you've had trouble with the automated password. At the moment, our sign-up process happens on the web, which requires entering your password twice. That’s why it needs to be entered manually the first time you log in to the app. We're working on bringing sign-up directly into the app to make things easier. In the meantime, once you've logged in, enabling FaceID is the quickest way to access the app without needing your password again. Thanks again for your feedback - it truly helps us improve. Update April 2026 Hi Little Miss Daisy, Just a quick update since your last comment. We’ve recently increased the maximum password length to 22 characters, which allows strong, system‑generated passwords. We’ve also added an eye icon on our website to make it easier to view your password as you enter it. We’re continuing to work on making more features native in the app, so there’s less need to switch to the web and re‑enter your details. Thanks for your feedback, it really helps us improve the experience.
Parking
I can only find previous completed parking.
Response from developer
Hi Jase179, If you're logged into the app, you’ll be able to view all your upcoming and active bookings directly on the Parking screen. Please note that bookings made as a guest (without logging in) aren’t currently visible in the app. We're working on a feature to make guest bookings accessible soon. In the meantime, you can manage guest bookings via our web portal: https://parking.perthairport.com.au/perthmanage/AmendValidate.aspx. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact us at appsupport@perthairport.com.au or reach out to our Customer Care Team on +61 8 9478 8862.
