App needs significant work
Love Pousadas themselves but dislike this sad app! 1. We should be able to search and then book a hotel. Basic, right? 2. Once I sign-in, please stop returning to the sign-in page repeatedly for goodness sake! 3. Extra credit: a nice touch would be able to find a map of all the Pousadas!
4. Also, Online check-in doesn’t work right on the app because the typing system never comes up for some of the required input items like the date of passport issuance and expiration or birthdate. I had to paste numbers from a different app into the app to input the info!
5. Bookings page does not show my upcoming 10 bookings, just my booking for tomorrow night. (sigh).
This is not a quality product. As much as I pay for a Pousada, you can pay for a functioning app!

Never worked for me
After putting in the reservation code and all info the app would just close anytime I wanted to access information about services offered to me.

Poor Login
App is decent but no easy way to login, no FaceID and login takes several attempts. Furthermore the app response is very slow. Pity.
Fabulous vacation with amazing views
Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay
My wife says the best ever😊
The front desk so nice and accommodating
The airlines lost our luggage so we asked if the hotel had a converter we could use to charge our phones and computers
They didn’t but he had his personal one we could use
Also he personally called airlines to see how he could help
Way beyond and above service
Food was marvelous
Wait staff so nice and friendly
Told one of them we were going to port Santo in the morning just friendly conversation
She comes back a minute later and said she had set us up with sack lunch’s to eat on trip over. So special people
Loved it all
Can wait to go back toPastania hotels no mater where we travel
Happy 50 anniversary to hotel group
By the way the book about how pastania started was amazing
