外出先からローカルネットにアクセス出来ない
我外出时无法从外部网络访问家里的本地网络。我希望至少在喂奶完成后能收到邮件通知。我希望这款应用在产品发布后大约10年内能够更新和维护。

La opción de login a distancia no ya no me funciona desde hace meses. No hay actualizaciones, la cámara ya no hace zoom ni estando en casa. Tiene muchos errores que no solventan. Y nadie contesta a los mails del servicio técnico.
Al principio estaba genial, y ahora se ha vuelto pésimo y un trasto casi inservible sin nadie al timón del barco de esta empresa/app. ☹️👎🏻

El acceso remoto fuera de casa no funciona. Solo funciona si estas conectado al mismo wifi que el comedero. No actualizan la app desde hace 4 años y no funciona correctamente con ios18.
It used to work
I used to be able to check / feed my cat while away from home WIFI, and now is no longer an option. Not sure what happened but without this option is useless.

.. I have not been able to access the camera unless I am connected to a home wifi. The entire purpose of me getting this was to be able to check up on my dog while out and about or on trips.
Remote access no working
This feeder worked perfectly. But remote access is not possible since a few months. I hope they will fix it.
Can no longer connect outside of home WiFi
Feeder and remote access have worked perfectly since purchase. However, recently it is no longer possible to access the camera or dispense food unless I’m on the home WiFi network. I’ve tried all the recommended fixes but none have worked. I suspect the app no longer has internet connectivity available.

App No Longer Works Properly
This used to be a great feeder. However over the years, it appears they have stopped supporting the app properly. There are ALWAYS connection issues (and no, I don't have WIFI issues). It can't be trusted so it has become worthless. They ruined their own great product with the app.

3年ほど不具合ありながらもなんとか使えてましたがしばらく前よりWANからの接続ができず、外出先から見られなくなりました.MACアドレス喪失の様です。LAN内での接続は可能
。iseebiz本体なのかアプリ不具合なら改善希望.

家のwifiに繋がってる時しかカメラが機能しなくなった。アプリ削除して再度インストールしたけど、直らなかった。

Esta app requiere que la actualicen. Tengo la ultima versión y tiene mal funcionamiento. Por favor revisar la versión IOS

Da qualche giorno l’app non si connette più se non quando si è a casa collegati con lo stesso Wi-Fi.

Dommage il n’y a plus de mise à jours, l’appareil ne reconnaît plus les réseaux wifi. De ce fait la machine de fonctionne plus !!
