App takes forever to login
The app takes forever logging in, I constantly have to exit and open again. When you make a payment it takes forever to load the Home Screen again and sometimes not at all. As far as the card, it’s good.

I would give 5 stars, but I just can’t. The app won’t login 95% of the time. How are you supposed to check your balance and pay your bill on time if you can’t even log into the app. It is so frustrating, it makes me want to close my account.

Great card… horrible app
The app is as terrible as the card is good. The app constantly crashes, lags, deletes information, etc… but the card is awesome! Definitely get the card, but just do your payments on a computer lol
Great card
The card has been awesome, but the app could use some work, so this review and rating is mainly for the app. It’s been broken for the last 2-3 years for me. Some pages don’t load when you click the different pages or buttons, and I typically need to zoom out to the app overview and then go back in for the pages to load. This occurs even when the app is updated.

nice card but the app recently has been awful.
it used to work perfectly, now when i sign in it takes SOOO long to load. then when i try and pay it’ll take forever, or if im going to settings. everything takes so long they all take forever, like its just white but you can scroll down and see a wrong balance in the current balance section. weird, i have to go to the recent apps for it to load. for some reason, it loads better in the background than when im using it in the app, very tedious. i’ve updated hoping it gets fixed for months but it hasn’t yet. really hope it gets fixed asap!

App is horrible
I have been using petal for more than a year now and it’s great in every way! The app for the last couple of months is extremely terrible. All of the great features I used to be able to use don’t work at all. And even when trying to make payments every month it will say submitting for minutes. The only way I know it still works is because I get an email verification of payment. I’ve had to link my bank account multiple times and it still says it needs to be linked again even when it can take payments directly from it.
Now I can’t even login to the app, “logging in” icon appears but I wanted minutes and it never worked.

Don’t get this card
This card is just so bad! Has a lot of restrictions and they have a lot of “unsupported merchants” so you can’t actually use your credit card to buy a lot of stuff so it’s so limited. They charge an annual fee which is crazy given the restrictions and especially considering that a lot of other banks don’t charge these kind of fees anymore. Don’t make the mistake I made and avoid this option. There are better options out there

The App Doesn't Work
This used to be a super great company and the app was quick and responsive. Idk what happened but I can't even log into the app anymore. I tried paying online but it kept giving me "error" and now it won't let me log in???
Progressively getting worse.
This app was once great. For the last year or so, it’s become a huge pile of junk. 9/10 times it won’t login. I’ve just waited 10 mins and it still won’t login. Switched from WiFi to cellular, no difference. Close and reopen the app, same. This isn’t a one-off, it’s been happening for around a year. Can’t even get logged in to pay a balance…

Can’t talk to anyone real. The rep took a half hour to answer a simple question. Terrible service and no one willing to help. I was overcharged and all they said is my receipt matches the merchant. DUH! The MERCHANT gave me the receipt. I gave them clear evidence of the items I received and I was told they WILL NOT use it and ONLY WILL MATCH A RECEIPT TO A MERCHANT. I WAS CHARGED FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED!!!

Great Service, buggy app
Company is great, but the app can be a pain. Things don’t load and you have to reload the app sometimes. There are endless loops sometimes. Very buggy, regularly

Info and all on app is good. It’s the slowest loading app on my phone and for that reason is a total pain to use.
