What kind of card company take over a week to figure out why I can’t activate my card. Company sucks

Horrible App Security Risk
For the last year my app has had its quicks mainly very slow or freezing! Today I’m not able to close the app !!!! I’m not able to log out ! I have tried to reload the app but now it will open from the App Store but the icon is not visible 😡 Worst of all when I try to to log out it is frozen which means I can’t tell if my information is also visible or hackable since I can’t log out 😡😡😡😡😡🤬!!!! Oh and I can’t access support from the app either 🤬

Decent but frustrating
The card itself is great but the app has been a nightmare to use the past several months. Lots of bugs with the app so I had to resort to using the website instead. Very disappointing to say the least.
Good card. Bad app
I love the card. But the app is really bad. Usually I have to click out of it in between each step. Or I can’t get to the next one. Sometimes I can’t even log in. I just get the circle of death. Searching and searching till I give up. Please get someone else to design your app Petal!!
Card is a awesome tool
The card is great, The app so unresponsive it not funny at all. I am trying to make a payment but it just keeps loading. Only fix I keep on doing is deleting the app and reinstalling it fixes it temporarily. After that it never work at all.
HORRIBLE
Do not, for the love of God use petal. They are scam/frauds (they will turn auto pay off without telling you), dysfunctional (customer service none existent), and barely functional (the app won’t let me access my own statements, sometimes won’t let me log in)
Login issues
App is great. Got me through a rough time. glad I was accepted but an issue I’m constantly been having is logging in. I have to repetitively delete the app, redownload it just to login. Please fix the issue i dont want to miss payments
Awful app. Card is okay.
App was okay for the first couple years of having this card. For the last couple months the app has not been showing any payments I have made and also says “You’re all set this month! Your next payment is due (day in this month)”. I have called support several times and each time they ask me if I have tried pulling it up on the website and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. None of those work. They tell me everything looks fine on their end and that they will pass my complaints along. I will not be using this card anymore due to the frustration of the app.

Constant App Issues
I have had problems since the beginning of using this app years ago. Across multiple phones and including desktop versions, Petal servers are incredibly slow and get hung up. Some screens just never load at certain parts of the day including the PAYMENT SCREEN. I got a new card in the mail and I literally can’t active it. I’ve tried on the app and on the desktop over and over and it doesn’t work so I now have to call the support line. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Horrible in every way
Constantly needs me to relink my bank account, and makes me worried I’m not paying my amount due because the app is so slow and the UI does not show anything it does not work. I have a passion for how much I dislike this card and although I am very responsible with money could negatively affect my credit score for years to come just because this app is horrible. On top of that the app is so slow, and does not respond to any taps I make on the screen.

App takes forever to login
The app takes forever logging in, I constantly have to exit and open again. When you make a payment it takes forever to load the Home Screen again and sometimes not at all. As far as the card, it’s good.
App is Awful
I would give 5 stars, but I just can’t. The app won’t login 95% of the time. How are you supposed to check your balance and pay your bill on time if you can’t even log into the app. It is so frustrating, it makes me want to close my account.

It Makes No Sense That You Are Unable To Login To The App!!! Just Throw The Whole ______ Away !! MAKES NO DARN SENSE THAT THE APP DOESN’T LOGIN CORRECTLY FOR OVER 2 OR MORE YEARS !!! SMH
Great card… horrible app
The app is as terrible as the card is good. The app constantly crashes, lags, deletes information, etc… but the card is awesome! Definitely get the card, but just do your payments on a computer lol
Great card
The card has been awesome, but the app could use some work, so this review and rating is mainly for the app. It’s been broken for the last 2-3 years for me. Some pages don’t load when you click the different pages or buttons, and I typically need to zoom out to the app overview and then go back in for the pages to load. This occurs even when the app is updated.

nice card but the app recently has been awful.
it used to work perfectly, now when i sign in it takes SOOO long to load. then when i try and pay it’ll take forever, or if im going to settings. everything takes so long they all take forever, like its just white but you can scroll down and see a wrong balance in the current balance section. weird, i have to go to the recent apps for it to load. for some reason, it loads better in the background than when im using it in the app, very tedious. i’ve updated hoping it gets fixed for months but it hasn’t yet. really hope it gets fixed asap!
