Does not deliver
PetDesk claims to be a place where you can see your pets veterinary records and yet there is no place in the app for that. You can’t see the history of reminders that were sent to you about your Pet needing a vaccine or something, but actual records are nonexistent. When test results are in and you go to PetDesk to see those lab results more often than not it just says pending even when the results have been in and the doctor has them and talked to you about them. If you wanna go back and look at the history, there’s nothing there. I find PetDesk to be essentially useless.

Documents needed
We were on vacation and I needed my pets immunization records to send him to daycare on a really hot day. I was able to use the app and obtain all the records that allowed him to go and stay cool inside and hang out with other pets, he had a great day. This app was a lifesaver. Literally. Had he been outside in the heat, It could’ve been a bad day.

I have all my pets information available to me when needed. I can also request appointments through this app when needed. It even alerts me when vaccines are due. I love it!
