Great Experience
I had a great experience with my newly adopted dog Noctis at Alison! Dr. Ryan is very experienced and carefully went through all of the previous owners, veterinary records to find out exactly what needed to be done! She and her assistants were very patient and explained everything to me! It felt good from the moment I entered Alison! Very clean and everyone was extremely kind. I feel very satisfied that they have my mine and my dog’s best interests at heart and that they really care and take a lot of pride in their work!

I’m so happy I found this Veterinary. Everyone there is so down to earth . And kind hearted . They were so good treating my dog Daisy . I will go back . Making them my Dogs New Vet .
Great app!
Love this app, quick easy way to communicate with your vet office and book appointments, handy point tracking — my only “criticism” would be that it would be nice to be able to archive a deceased pet without having to remove them completely. The vet clinic can do it, but you can’t from the app as their pet parent. It seems silly, but they’re busy and don’t always have time to edit/archive pet profiles for my sake because I don’t have the heart to delete my boy.

Doesn’t support multiple pet parents!!!
The only way to allow for multiple pet parents is for one user to login to the app with the others credentials. This is a workaround not a feature and it poses security risk to the main user. This widens the care gap because it incentivizes couples to put all the invisible labor of caring for the pet/s on one person. There’s no way for the app to even allow for multiple email addresses to be added so that emails can AT THE VERY LEAST go to both caregivers. This is very poor app design, please do better.

Absolutely stupid sign up
Devs WTF!!?? I need to validate my email but when I send the validation email, I receive a marketing email to sign up instead. Same email I use at my vet. When I click the link in the email I go back to the app and to square one, sign up, validate your email and bam the marketing email to download the app and join.

Can’t sign up - PLEASE FIX
I have tried multiple times to set up an account and you can’t!
After providing your information it takes you to a landing page that says “Follow instructions sent your email to validate/finish setting up your account”.
The email sent is titled “How to know when your pets need care” and offers no option to validate anything or finish signing up.

Terrible app
This app is horrible! I literally downloaded the app and it is suppose to send me a email to validate my email and account instead it continues to send me emails to DOWNLOAD THE APP! Like I LITERALLY CREATED A PROFILE THROUGH THE APP! I DONT NEED TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY DOWNLOADED! JUST SEND ME THE DANG ON EMAIL VALIDATION SO I CAN ACTUALLY USE THE FREAKING APP

Can’t even finish creating account
I tried signing up for an account and it sent an email to validate my email. Issue is the email sent isn’t a email to validate my email. It just tells me that there is a new app and to download it sign up under my email and verify pet info. Issue is the new app is the same app and this app has a content pop up of saying to go validate my email. I even tried deleting this app then clicking on the download link in the email and it’s this same app! And as soon as I open it they pop up is back saying to go validate my email. lol. What the heck! Deserves 0 stars because you can’t even use it.
