I love the easy access
Everything on the app?? And literally robots too?? This is such a good company
Not good at all
It will not connect to WiFi, dispensing incorrect amount of food and at the wrong time scheduled. Not what I expected at all.
WARNING: PAID SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED FOR MOST FEATURES
If that fact that I paid $100 for this feeder and can’t even use the camera feature without a subscription isn’t ridiculous enough, they don’t advertise that very well (at least on Amazon.) I wouldn’t have bought it had I known. Not to mention, the camera is garbage anyways!

Not worth it
Set up is not easy to follow. Customer support is not easy to access. Feel like a bowl of water would have been better
Automatic Feeder
The feeder itself - fantastic. No notes. Love it. The app? HORRENDOUS. Needs a complete overhaul. Nothing works, everything times out or the entire app just freezes and requires a force quit. Insanely frustrating to use.

We had tried a few others but this one is the best it cost more but will worth the extra money we spent on it.

Won’t run without disabling my VPN. Why does the app for my pet fountain need that much access to my life.

Animal fedder
The best fedder i was using for animal a long term…
Less mess and easy.
I love this machine. We have two male cats and it keeps the mess down considerably . There was a lot of mess around their old, traditional box. Very little with this one. Smell is minimal. Knowing that they’re “going” is a relief when we’re not home for a while. App is easy to navigate. We also have the water fountain and like having them both on the same app.

Notifications daily for nothing
There is always a notification indicating a reason to open the app but there are not in fact any notifications when I click on the “notifications” section. It’s annoying. I have notifications set up for only when the fountain needs refilled. Yet it gives me a notification icon every single day and it irritates me to constantly check it, worried that the water has run out on my cats, even though I know it has not. Every single other notification setting I have turned off in the app, multiple times. Fix it.

Always say not enough water when it’s filled keep adjusting can’t make it work. Problematical
Issues with wifi connectivity
App is excellent apart from when trying to sync phone to feeders. Always have difficulty connecting it when they go offline- eg after power outage. Very very frustrating.

Great reminders and piece of mind
This feeder linked to my phone gives me such piece of mind that everything is okay at home and the cats are being fed while I am out of the house.
I also like the reminders to change the desiccant as I definitely would not remember to do that every month.

Dark Mode
Very good app but why it doesn’t have a dark mode because at night it is so bright. I hope one day you add this feature
