Poor measurement
The volume of the food choices are ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this hard to set food amounts. In addition using gram is unnecessary. In America, measurements are by cups or ounces not grams. There should be a way in settings to convert it.
Best money spent!!
This litter box was purchased as a last ditch attempt to eradicate the litter smell before my fiancé said “Cats be gone!!” I showed him the door instead 😁. But this was the best money I’ve ever spent. And will again if needed. It’s so easy to clean. When full you change the bag. I use full sized ones from Costco. Much cheaper. This was honestly the best purchase for my cats I have ever made.

Clogs and overflows
After less than a year of use it has started to clog and overflow. I have kept it clean including the inside of the filter fountain unit.

There is no vdo for the record even if this is a trial period but should have save for me to review. It saved only the first day of using the app. We shouldn’t have paid extra for saving the vdo. This should be included with the product itself.

Great product, app can be better
The Pura Max litter box itself is amazing, and so is the app. Biggest thing I would like with the app is a Feature Request option. The litter box frequently “sees” it being occupied by a pet even when it is not and I have to double tap the button on the litter box; it would nice to have that override in the app. The app also gives me the “tutorial” whenever I open it. Minor inconveniences, but still would be nice to have.

Not working properly
Unfortunately, I’ve had several reliability issues with my PETKIT feeder. It has missed dispensing meals on multiple occasions despite the feeding schedule being correctly programmed.
What concerns me most is that the app doesn’t record these errors. The feeding log simply shows the meals as successfully dispensed, even when they were released at the wrong time. The device has remained online the entire time, so it doesn’t appear to be a connectivity issue.
I rely on this feeder when I’m away from home, so inconsistent dispensing makes it difficult to trust it with my pet’s feeding schedule.

LOVE this litter box
Never thought I’d care about having a camera on a litter box! BUT it’s great to check the history if you’re away from the house all day/ or out of town! I’m getting an average of 10 days with 2 indoor only cats between changing!
My PetKit feeder constantly disconnects from wifi
I put in the correct PW for wifi and it still says “cannot connect”. Garbage software. Connecting to wifi should be the easiest thing it does.

Litter box
Our cat, Sally started using this box right away. Sounds the box makes while cleaning, our cat was curious. Now she’s comfortable with this system.

I’ve used the PETKIT feeder for a year. Now I can leave town for a few days and my cat not only gets fed, but I can check up on her with the camera. It has also solved another problem: she used to gorge on her food and throw up, but giving her the smallest portion multiple times a day helps avoid this. Lucy and I are happy customers!

Funciona muy bien la aplicación, tiene muchas opciones para configurar, lo único que no me gusta mucho es que no tiene un almacenamiento local o tarjeta micro sd, los videos se ven desde la nube y demoran unos 10 segundos en comenzar la reproducción.
AI Pet Recognition Sucks
I have two cats, one white and one black. The AI almost never recognizes the black cat and labels him as “pet”.
A few times the AI even mistook the white cat for the black one…like how can you screw that up?

Une première expérience avec une litière automatique, et je dois dire que je suis agréablement surpris. Malgré quelques petits problèmes logiciels lors de la première heure d’utilisation, tout est ensuite rentré dans l’ordre.
Concernant l’application, je la trouve très fluide, intuitive et assez ergonomique, même s’il reste encore quelques améliorations possibles.
Mon seul véritable bémol concerne la traduction en français, qui manque parfois de clarté. Une meilleure traduction permettrait de rendre les différents paramètres plus faciles à comprendre et à utiliser.

Notification when needing refill
Even though I have it set to tell me when it needs to be refilled it has failed to do it every time I have gotten in the habit of checking it now so luckily it hasn’t gotten to the point where my cat is starving
Sensor triggered
Latest firmware has issues with constant sensor triggers when cleaning which leaves the trap open and the smells get out
This system for cats is the best of the best!
We have the Purobot Max Pro 2 for our cat, and we also bought the smart feeder with a camera and dual hopper, as well as the Eversweet Max 2 water dispenser; together, these three devices are a technological marvel for automating our pet's care. The app also works wonderfully and is easy to use. I highly recommend them… They are worth every penny!
