Great app! Needs more.
The app works exactly as intended. Easy to set up, easy to use. It’s al really straightforward. That said, I wish it had the following features:
1. Shortcut/Siri Control: Being able to ask Siri to “feed that cat” or “when was the last feeding?” would be incredibly helpful. It would also allow us to create useful automations and triggers.
2. Widgets: A Lock Screen widget with a gauge that shows how many times your pet has been fed, or a Home Screen widget that shows a sad pet when you’re past regular feeding time would be very helpful. I feed my cat manually because she’s my emotional support animal and it helps me connect with her and stick to a schedule, but when I’m in a meeting it’s useful to be able to just push a button. Or if I’m away I can set a schedule. A helpful reminder widget would be nice when life gets hectic. This could also allow us to just press a button on the widget to start feeding.
3. If possible, it would be nice to be able to feed half portions.
4. A better looking interface would also be welcome. While the app works, it’s not the most visually appealing. Many options are hidden in a list in the settings. The main page could show battery level, a schedule tile that shows the next mealtime, toggles for things like DND, and more. It doesn’t need to be crowded, but right now it’s kind of bare and the overall design doesn’t make sense. Especially with iOS 26. Consider removing the bottom tabs and going with the updated Liquid Glass design.
Overall, great app! If you only add one thing from above, it should be Shortcuts. Honestly, this would make the app so much better and open up a lot of possibilities.
One more thing for people considering the app/product: I would ignore the ultra negative reviews. It connects quick and easy. In fact, I had to change Wi-Fi after I moved recently, and it was the easiest out of all my smart home / IoT devices. You don’t even have to delete it from the app. I just reset it and connected it to the new Wi-Fi, it automatically realized it was already in the app and came back online.

Cannot change WiFi network
I moved and CANNOT figure out how to change the WiFi network. I’ve looked in every nook and cranny of the app. It’s shouldn’t be this hard
Easy
Really easy to set up, even on two phones for one device. Straightforward. My only complaint is that the “portions” are smaller than you’d think, so it took a while to measure out that each is only 1/8 of the daily food and you need to adjust accordingly.
I Think They Gave Up On This App
I bought my cat feeder a little over a year ago and all was well. Now, all of a sudden, and can not connect to my WiFi. I have submitted a ticket and nothing. Crickets!
Add shortcut feature!
Works well, I like that I can feed my cats while I’m still in bed! The app features (manual and auto feed) are easy to set up and use.
This would be a 5 star app if it came with Shortcuts integration - I’d love to say “hey Siri, feed the cats!”

Worthless
Spent a couple of hours adhering to the written directions and directions found on the internet—all to an unsuccessful result. Returning this ASAP and even more unlikely now to order products from China whenever possible.
Wi-Fi won’t connect to feeder through app!
Bought a feeder that this app goes with it will find the feeder and my Wi-Fi connects and I spent over three hours troubleshooting everything the app and the feeder directions could come up with as well as changing settings and restarting Wi-Fi and router and none of it works. It was a Christmas gift from my grandma after I got another cat and the non Wi-Fi version of this feeder. This terrible product is getting returned and this app deleted. It seems to be a very common problem with the app and feeder so overall not a great company.

Half serving request
I love this feeding dispenser! I use it to dole out treats during the night to my disruptive cat. The only problem I have is I wish I could release a .5 serving rather than a full 1 serving of treats. Is there a way I can program a half serving? Thank you.
