I use the PetsApp a lot for appointments and medication but recently it also assisted in a 3 way conversation between myself and a new owner of one of my puppies. Think it’s a really good service when you don’t need an answer immediately and can be dealt with when the practice has time.
Great App!
I cannot express how much I love using the pets app. The app allows not only the staff to see my messages but also the Vets as well who will then communicate with me. Some days are so hectic with work and life that I’m not able to get on the phone with the vet office so it’s VERY convenient to be able to message them.

Prescription ordering
First time using this app and found it so convenient and easy to use. So much better than waiting on the end of a telephone to speak to someone which also must allow the line to remain free for more urgent calls.

Wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my pets, staff have been fantastic looking after my little buddy after being diagnosed with cancer. They showed care and sympathy and support when I needed it most. Well done to them all

Brilliant local vets
I was very nervous and a little bit lost with my puppy for her first jab. Google had sent me round the houses . However all I had to do was give the reception a call and they were brilliant at calming me down .
The first appointment went like a dream. My puppy enjoyed her first visit ,
The vet was really calm, informative and good humoured. He guided me through the first visit with great understanding .
The reception team are very efficient , give you good advice from the first moment you sign up. I’m hoping that this will be our vet surgery for the rest of my dogs life.

Makes requests super easy
App is simple and clean. Works well. It makes communication with my vet so quick and simple. Making requests out of hours means I can get the first available urgent appointments without having to wait for the phone lines to open.
