Brilliant local vets
I was very nervous and a little bit lost with my puppy for her first jab. Google had sent me round the houses . However all I had to do was give the reception a call and they were brilliant at calming me down .
The first appointment went like a dream. My puppy enjoyed her first visit ,
The vet was really calm, informative and good humoured. He guided me through the first visit with great understanding .
The reception team are very efficient , give you good advice from the first moment you sign up. I’m hoping that this will be our vet surgery for the rest of my dogs life.

Makes requests super easy
App is simple and clean. Works well. It makes communication with my vet so quick and simple. Making requests out of hours means I can get the first available urgent appointments without having to wait for the phone lines to open.

Great For Contacting My Vet
As a disabled person who lives in a remote area with poor signal and also has anxiety when speaking on the phone this app has been revolutionary in helping me care for my pets and track vet visits.
Not only does it allow me to contact my vets more freely and fully utilise the free advice offered as part of my pet insurance; but I can open a chat and message them when the issue is on my mind even out of office hours and just wait until they open for a response, the chat also allows for me to send photos if there’s something that concerns me which has saved me from several would be unnecessary trips to the vets.
Being able to contact my vets directly has been a huge help in tracking medication, appointments and just generally getting help in caring for them when they’ve been unwell, I highly recommend this app to any pet owner who’s vet is connected to the app. It has become an indispensable way to help me care for my pets
