Love the ease of this app to make contact with my local vet and to receive reminders from them for routine checkups and meds .

Frustrating
I installed the app and filled in my profile.
It has automatically connected with a vet we had at our previous address 38 miles away (4 years ago) I’ve manually put in my current/new vet, but it won’t delete the old vet. If I want to make an appointment it only gives a choice of the old vet. They say I need to change it in my profile, but I have.
Who can change it. Your app doesn’t have a help or contact detail.

I use the PetsApp a lot for appointments and medication but recently it also assisted in a 3 way conversation between myself and a new owner of one of my puppies. Think it’s a really good service when you don’t need an answer immediately and can be dealt with when the practice has time.
Great App!
I cannot express how much I love using the pets app. The app allows not only the staff to see my messages but also the Vets as well who will then communicate with me. Some days are so hectic with work and life that I’m not able to get on the phone with the vet office so it’s VERY convenient to be able to message them.

Prescription ordering
First time using this app and found it so convenient and easy to use. So much better than waiting on the end of a telephone to speak to someone which also must allow the line to remain free for more urgent calls.
