Hit and Miss
The map isn’t particularly accurate, I more rely on the ‘Find Nearby’ percentage, however since the app refresh a few days ago, that now hangs when the clock reaches the end of it’s countdown. I have mine set to ‘fast +’ and that also isn’t working as it should. I know my cat has moved as I’ve just let it out, yet 10 / 15 mins later, on the map, it’s still saying the cat hasn’t changed location.
The sound is also almost inaudible.
All in all, after having this collar for quite a few months, I’m not overly impressed with its abilities.

Good app, some areas for improvements exist but I have high hopes for future updates
The percentage functionality of the app is very good, if not excellent. If you check the signal strength % whilst with the cat outside you can get an idea of how far away various parts of the garden/your are. You can then estimate roughly where your cat is when you can’t see him/her.
The map is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it says my cat is inside neighbouring properties when I can see her in the garden or know where she is (not at the neighbours’…). I think this is usually happens when she’s in areas with a high density of trees. The developers of this app have said that high density vegetation can lead to issues like this, so I don’t actually have a huge problem with it - for now - since the signal strength % functionality works well enough for me. I’m guessing and hoping that this is an area being worked on currently and that it will improve with time.
I haven’t tested the light/sound functionally yet. Might update this review once I have.
Thanks so much for creating a great product. It has given both my cat and us a great deal more freedom and it has made us all much happier and enabled us to have a more balanced life. lots of love from us to you and good luck with all the improvements you’re working on!

Genuine slop
Great if you live in one specific spot in Switzerland that it insists I am in (I am most definitely not) other than that it sucks won’t tell me where my cat is unless in range of the station which barely covers my house

Barely works
I’m at the end of my tether with this app. Sometimes it works but all too often it doesn’t. Take today for example. I have absolutely no idea where my cat is right now. I’ve been trying to set the app to fast+ for three hours and it just won’t do it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it and all I have is a location from midday and it’s now after 3pm. What am I paying for? It’s useless. Oh well. I’m sure my cat is fine, wherever he is
