Needs update
The feeder works and the app design is good but the app keeps crashing when I try to use it. Needs major update for bug fixes and operating systems compatibility.
Regretful Purchase
Not sure if it’s the $180.00 feeder or the app but meals are randomly deleted and sometimes the device disconnects but continues to feed. Camera photos won’t load at times. So what’s the ping. No response received to emails sent to Petwant.

Really struggling to add meals no matter how many times I add they just won’t show. Very frustrating especially when you want to go away and need to set this up properly for cats.

Please fix bugs
Keeps deleting auto feeds by itself and won’t let me add them back, unless these bugs are fixed, don’t buy this product
