I’ve been using this app for a while now and honestly the experience has been really good. The biggest advantage is the convenience getting the car cleaned at your doorstep without wasting time driving to a car wash. The staff usually arrives on time, they’re friendly, and they clean the car properly without rushing. Even the interior cleaning is done neatly. Booking through the app is simple and smooth too. Convenient and Surprisingly Good Service.
Booked Pexa door-to-door car wash for the first time last week. Was honestly not expecting much, but they did a pretty good job. The guy came on time, cleaned the interiors properly, and even removed some stains I thought wouldn’t go. Biggest plus is I didn’t have to wait at a car wash for hours. Very convenient if you’re busy. Overall satisfied with the service and pricing felt reasonable too.

Bad experience
Faced a bad review today, I booked a car service today and a lady called me and make the booking confirmed and after an hour another agent called me and canceled the booking when I called customer support they are saying the unit is assigned for 25 km far, why they are assign a unit far from my location, such a bad experience from both booking and customer support waste of time
