Account information is at my fingertips! It’s so convenient, especially when it’s after or before PFCU lobby hours. I do miss the relationships I had with certain tellers, but our world is constantly changing and we must learn to adapt.

It saves so much time by being able to do most everything on the app, from anywhere. But I don’t like the new update, the new format. Not at all. It was easier before the update. Don’t fix a wheel that isn’t broke!

I do wish it would update the account transactions more quickly otherwise, Love being able to check the transactions in both the accounts and the credit card and to make payments to and from them. Thank you!
Good for my use
All I have is a savings account and all seems well with checking my balances so can’t speak for anything else
