Takes too long
When I transfer from an external account to the PFCU account to make a payment…it takes about a week. ENTIRELY too long. Then sometimes it’ll tell me my transaction failed and when I try again it’ll go through. Then when I look at the history…PFCu tries to charge me TWICE! only thing good about this app is it shows you an updated price right away once you pay. Other than that, the app is slow with transactions between external accounts and they try to double charge.

I have always received GREAT service from any PFCU Mobile experience I’ve attempted. It takes a little or sometimes a lot of patience to tackle a situation and breathing which helps!
