Fee hogs
The bank isn’t bad especially if you build a good relationship with them. They will offer all kinds of services. My main complaint is they are quick to charge overdraft fees so make sure you keep track of your account. I had a situation where someone charged my card the wrong amount and they would not give me the money back even though I immediately ran to the bank and deposited the money right after the mistake happened which wasn’t even my fault. It was the cashiers fault who took the payment. I actually get more benefits and no charges from my online bank but I get nervous because there is no close location for it so….
