Deposits nowhere to be found
Have made two standard deposits, it’s been days and no cash has been added to my wallet nor is there any update but my bank took out the deposit. Support wasn’t any help either. Don’t use them.

Continues to get worse
This used to be a great crypto wallet but the changes they’ve made over the last 12-18 months have made it significantly worse. Starting with Phantom Cash. You can no longer directly buy crypto in your wallet. You need to add cash through one of their VASPs who all charge a fee, then to move that cash to your wallet you need to pay another fee. I historically used to be able to purchase USDC straight into my wallet without paying fees (although later some of the VASPs also added fees), but you didn’t have to pay a 2nd transfer fee. The UI has also taken a turn for the worse. It’s more complicated to use apps or websites through the app. They used to have rankings for apps and I think that is gone now. Just overall there’s been a few changes that have made this app worse over the last year or 2, I plan to move to Solfare.

They freeze the app when solana crashes SOMETIMES but it’s a great app overall they control crypto so 5* 95% of the time but 1* 5% of the time so 3-5

This app used to work great sucks now. Dunno what cash is, but it’s probably a scam, apparently defaults to this in USDC trades. I need to move money and the app won’t load. I hate phantom

They scammed me
I deposited 100 dollars worth of solana in this phantom trading market 2 weeks ago they take 100 out my bank account give me no solana. Tried to talk to support no help they won’t even respond to me this app scammed me.
I really liked this app until….
I bought some bitcoin and I received the purchase confirmation from Topper and I also received the email that they sent me my bitcoin but I went to check my account and it wasn’t showing up and then I checked my history and it suddenly mysteriously disappeared and would never appear again so I had no visual proof of my history of supposedly receiving the bitcoin. I contacted Phantom and they couldn’t help me so they told me to contact Topper and they looked into it for literally a few minutes because that’s how long it took for them to respond to me and tell me that according to them I received the bitcoin and that I should talk to Phantom.Anyway I wouldn’t recommend working with bitcoin.It’s just too risky and once it’s gone it’s gone forever.There’s nothing they can do it about getting it back to you. I used Phantom in the past and loved the ease of use but I won’t mess with bitcoin anymore.
