It should not be a difficult as it is to draw money out of a token or into a token as it has been today. First of all why can’t I just trade with the money I have like cash instead of having to transfer it all over the place to figure it out. Secondly I can’t even pull a profit out of what I YES I buy into to because it’s talking about “you don’t have enough Eth” I’m selling not buying that don’t make no dang sense

Doesn’t work properly at all
I try to send money to another wallet and it doesn’t work keeps saying insufficient funds when I have more than enough to transfer then I can’t withdraw money thru bank after verifying all my information and contacting support was useless it took me to a support page that stated they cannot help or provide support for phantom issues.

Unreliable
I was having verification issues as for reason the app wouldn’t let me access my funds despite already funding the wallet. Support was horrible as I was repeatedly deferred for days until at one point that stated that there was nothing they could do; not only did they waste my time but my money as well.

Do not deposit your money
App is very glitchy and depositing/withdrawing never seems to work. It also says that I need to “verify my identity” but every time I do so, and then try to withdraw it says I need to verify my identity again.
Terrible redisign
This is the first time ever I leave a review. I've been using phantom for years and it was perfect in terms of UX/UI, then they decided to redesign it and now it's terrible at UX, the processes that used to take me 10 seconds now take me minutes and its killing me.
New Update Sucks
The new update is slow, it freezes and it doesn’t update your funds quick like it used to. There is at least a 3 minute delay on pretty much everything

Avoid purchasing this fraudulent app or sending any money. They are extremely slow in processing your deposits, claiming your funds are secure, yet it has been 7 days and I still haven't received my money.

You will get robbed
Do not use this wallet unless you want your tokens to disappear. Warning message about malicious wallet only popped up after tokens were sent to the address. 30 seconds later they were swapped and gone.
New UI updates are horrible
No longer can buy Eth directly, now you have to go through a convoluted process of buying their token, trading it for SOL, and then trading it for ETH, losing money in the whole process. What’s the point?
Why fix if it was not broken?
The latest update of the app redesigned all interface and made the app unusable. Please fire the one responsible for this.

Get rid of these meme coins it’s annoying you can’t hide them random ppl sending you coins with no liquidity and it shows up as your balance misleading your account remove all of them unverified coins entirely as an option I report all of them still nothing!

Several updates have occurred over the last few weeks or months and the changes have been superficial and unnecessary
We could use things like custom price alerts so you can be notified whenever your purchased coins are dumping in real time
Option to use a preset for buying and selling so you can press one button when you reached the desired price or even better just add a feature that will allow limit orders
Instead we’ve been getting changes to the layout of the app instead of adding features that could benefit users with earning more
