Back ground noise

Lots of background noises present. Obstructing the natural sound coming in.

Keep turning off

I never know when they are going to turn off. It always happens when I work out and lay down on a mat. I hate it.

Stop sending these review pop ups every time I open the app!!!!!!

It’s very annoying!!

Great app to have with hearing aids

I have been using HeartLink2 for my hearing aids for 2 years now. It is a very good app and resource to have attached to your phone. I am always checking to make sure my hearing aids are charged and to amplify, if necessary. It has also locate my hearing aids when I’ve misplaced them. What a great tool!

Bah Humbug

The remote mic is FANTASTIC!

Due to Parkinson’s my wife talks very softly (and fast). With the mic on I CAN HEAR HER and understand nearly everything she says. It is GREAT!!! I don’t have to ask her to repeat hardly anything. THANK YOU!!!

Worth every penny

Hold a charge all day. Easy to clean and maintain.

Bluetooth

The single hearing aid which is the one not working with Bluetooth has no indication of its ineffectiveness in the app

Enjoy

I like the program, wish there was a way to search for topics, such as making adjustments to block out background noise and focus on voices or speech.

My iPhone problem

Compared to earlier hearing aids, simply inserting them in my ear does give be adequate functioning most of the time.

Unless I sit for a time euth my phone and click through various steps, I may have only limited functionality.

At times I must reset the Bluetooth connection (turning it off and in again)… other times other clicks are necessary to get it functioning properly.

If not fully checked out to confirm full functioning, I will sometimes miss phone calls because the phone is not ringing but is only sending a ring signal to my hearing aids… and that signal is not getting through.

Serious enough problem that I would probably choose a different manufacturer next time.

I’ve asked Costco if there is not a new upgrade to the software to address this problem, but they claim not to be aware of such… but still seem to be aware of complaints such as mine.

I’d be happy to hear from Phillips in this issue.

Hearing aids

The battery portion of the hearing aids are a bit too wide for a person with a smaller ear that wears glasses.

Equalization

I do like the enhanced ability to hear birds. However musical instruments are distorted; violins sound “tinny”, more like trumpets. In general, under most circumstances, I mute the sound amplification to -4 for conversation.
Running water, flushing the toilet has unusually high frequency sounds. Also,, piano sounds distorted.
