I have had this app for more than 10 years now it will not let me transfer photos saying it is no longer available in my country or region very disappointed this was a great app
Used to work
Had this app for years, worked well, now is useless to me. Tech support is non existent. Paid my fee for years.

Maybe I missed something about this app but I was expecting access to my iPhone photos and didn’t show any access to photo’s. Requested access to other devices. Whatever, 👌🏽
Doesn’t work
This used to be a simple and functional app. Then they redesigned it. Now when I go to transfer photos from PC to phone using web browser, the web page gives me no controls to actually transfer photos. Noticed this 6 months ago. Came back to day to look for update - app description says updated a week ago but App Store doesn’t give me any link to update app. Basically it’s broken.

Was great for YEARS. Bad now
This pos has gone from a useful tool for many years to a piece of garbage. It routinely crashes as it is trying to load photos to select for transfer. They have been working with me for over a year to fix and it comes and goes. They cannot get a handle on their bugs and for me this app is useless despite all their updates. Sad!!!

Does not work
I left my iPhone and MacBook running for two days to transfer photos and videos and it didnt even copy a single photo. It just doesn’t work. RIP off!!
Was working, not anymore
This app won’t work anymore. I don’t know what has changed to cause it to stop working. Using the same connection on both Samsung phone and iPad Pro. iPad doesn’t recognise the incoming connection from my Samsung phone. I got sick of it so am deleting it and using another app.
Garbage app
I bought this app to transfer photos from my iPhone to my PC. I purchased the “Pro” version and when I selected more than 1 photo it wanted me to -again buy the Pro version. I’m asking for my money back…

the recent updates to the iphone app and the laptop app are working great!! I always had issues connecting because I run a VPN but recently things have been working well and just wanted to share my satisfaction with you and thank you for your efforts with this great process!!!

Completely redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up since version 10.0 yes I get that but what is new in each successive update? Is there a change log or have the updates since 10.0 just been bug fixes or tweaks? Then if so, what are those tweaks and bug fixes? Why only 169 reviews if there are 3,000,000 + users worldwide. Why is the most recent review over 2 years ago? Why will my review never get published? Keep up the good work, whatever you are doing 😊

Continues to be a great App
I’ve had this app for years and it continues to evolve with the times and remains incredibly useful. I have to give kudos to the developers for honouring lifetime subscriptions as opposed to using loopholes to have us repurchase them similar to many other app creators.

Perfect Video/Photo transfer app
Love the way this app keeps the resolution and frame rate of my videos. Definitely a top 5 apps for me. However, I saw from someone who updated this app and now they require a subscription. I am an old user who did the one time purchase of a couple bucks. I am honestly not a fan of having another subscription. The one time payment was perfect/ pro consumer. Staying on the older version in the meantime, I do appreciate the easy to use experience and that may change my mind to get future updates. But, the way the older update is, works great so far.
*update - Saw they made a pro version for 90$!? Literally went the other direction of pro consumer. I am still happy on my old version.

Not intuitive at all
I have used this app since the beginning and this is my 4th review. I started with a 5 star review and keep going down. My 2nd review went down due to the need for extra touches, but I got used to it. I haven’t used the app in a long time, so I was really surprised upon opening this time. I’m not a fan of this new look at all. It gives so much information that is absolutely not needed for the transfer of anything. I don’t think it’s intuitive at all and it looks 100% different than the MacBook app, which makes it even more confusing. The MacBook app is the older version. I don’t use the app as frequently as I used to and I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but please stop trying to improve something that didn’t need improvement.
So I just opened the app again and saw that a new update was available. Since all the reviews are very bad now, I was hoping the developer decided to go back to more of the original design. I read what was written in the App Store about the 1 day old update and it said pretty much that it was a new design. So I updated and nothing is different at all. Still very confusing to use and not intuitive at all! When I was creating movies from many individual’s photos, I used to make everyone purchase this app to do the transfers (before subscriptions). Now, I would NEVER recommend this app.

They hid the name of the software now I can’t get it off the phone 😡
Used to be good but sucks now
I can no longer easily connect my phone to my computer to transfer. Need to enter an IP address now. Also I can no longer transfer the “hidden” album on my phone
