Crashes when setting up
This app is total garbage. It crashes all the time when trying to set up new devices.
Device
Need to be able to put on more than 1 persons device. Was away and my husband called and had rude customer services since change over. No water for one 2 hours. Live on horse farm need to fill water. Explained to repressive and was giving rude answers. “You have leak! “ my husband and daughter need capability to handle device as well.

doesn’t work well and not user-friendly
Sensors don’t do what the app says they are supposed to do i.e. pairing them does not work as it says it is supposed to work. If they go off-line, it is virtually impossible to re-pair them. App crashes all the time.
Terrible user interface
Cannot use the app since it does not rotate. I use my iPad with a Magic Keyboard and am always in Landscape mode - app is always sideways for me
Peace of Mind
I can leave my house knowing there won’t be any bad surprises where leaks are concerned.
