Horrible UI web app wrapped as mobile
Please hire some real mobile developers who can make a usable app.
Great experience
Just pressing wireless set up left me in a state of confusion, but once I opened the lid on the system I got the info I needed to download load the correct app. Had my WiFi password in hand and setup took less than 2 mins.

App is okay
Once I have reviewed an alert the notification still remains even though the app categorizes it as read. It still shows a notification is waiting. I am unable to easily contact if needed. The email doesn’t link and neither does the phone number.
