Great experience
Just pressing wireless set up left me in a state of confusion, but once I opened the lid on the system I got the info I needed to download load the correct app. Had my WiFi password in hand and setup took less than 2 mins.

App is okay
Once I have reviewed an alert the notification still remains even though the app categorizes it as read. It still shows a notification is waiting. I am unable to easily contact if needed. The email doesn’t link and neither does the phone number.

Best money ever spent. The whole house water system is simply amazing. The team is professional and polite and skilled. Highly recommend them.
Monitors but can’t delete messages
I like this app, but there is no way to delete messages. Even if you read a message, it still shows up as unread. I tried contacting technical support and it’s like talking to a wall. There is no support for this app.

Poor messaging
This a mediocre app. I would probably rate it much higher if I could select or swipe to delete the messages, but for some reason they didn’t think that was a useful thing
I currently have 9 pages of unread messages. Beyond page 1 needs to be cleared or deleted. Even if I open one to read, it doesn’t seem to move off the list
