About

Hello! Physio Exercise Tracker helps you do - and track - your physio exercises. In fact, any physical therapy exercises. I found it difficult to motivate myself to do my exercises, so I created this app to help me. Then I thought it might help you too, and so I made it better and then available to all. Please use it and tell me what you think and how it can be improved. It's my first app, so be gentle! With the app you can: • create exercises with sets/reps/comments/cues • add your own video of you doing the exercise (ideally filmed by your physio, doing it correctly), or add web links like a YouTube demo • add a schedule for each exercise, with reminders • log when you've done an exercise, with optional detail (pain, difficulty, and notes or questions for your physio) • show and/or send your physio a clear report of your exercise log - pain and difficulty trends for each exercise, a session-by-session breakdown, and any notes you've added. They can properly treat you then • set your next physio appointment and get a countdown to it... • organise your exercises into programmes, review your history on a calendar, and back up your data • even change the text of your reminder message to something more "motivational" for you And it's completely private: everything stays on your phone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no tracking. Your physio data is nobody else's business. Warning: to encourage you to do your exercises when you should and to give your physio an accurate report, you can only log an exercise as done on the day you do it. No backdating! OMG. Evil but effective - like many of the best physios. Finally, I've included my Top Ten Tips for actually doing your exercises. My favourite is number 5. Do you have any suggestions? Physio Exercise Tracker does not offer medical advice. It simply helps you do and track your exercises.

What's New in Physio Exercise Tracker

1.3.1

August 6, 2026

If you changed the time or days of an exercise, the app used to rewrite your past record to match – days you had completed could turn red, and your percentage could drop, even though you had done the work. Catastrophe! Your history now stays exactly as it happened. Changing a time only changes things from today onwards. Also fixed: Leave the app open overnight and it now notices the new day instead of still showing yesterday's date and yesterday's exercises. Sake. A day where you completed one exercise and excused another is no longer marked as a fully completed day. Thank goodness. The calendar and your report now always agree about how much was due. About time too. "Delete all data" no longer leaves your reminders switched off if the delete itself does not go through, and it tells you what happened. Weird that it did that. Reports opened in a spreadsheet no longer mangle apostrophes and accents, and notes that begin with a dash or an equals sign survive intact. Jolly good. Plus a lot of smaller repairs: clearer dark mode, no more duplicate schedules at the same time, a gentler first-run report, and three new jokes (including two of my Dad's favourites).
