Great way to stay motivated
I’ve been doing physio for 1.5 years now. For the past 9 months I haven’t been consistent at all but because it became so difficult and demotivating. This app has inspired a bit of hope and encouraged me to get back into making it into a routine. Thank you for the creators
Very useful and actually free!
This app is well thought out, simple and free. What more can you ask for? I really appreciate the developer for making this. There are hardly any other good apps on the app store that let you log your physical therapy progress in a simple and effective way without needing some kind of fancy account or access through your PT.
I do have a suggestion that might be helpful for some users: As far as I can tell, the app currently does not allow users to log any exercises done before the current date. It would be nice to have this option.
Edit: Okay, I just realized this date restriction is a delibrate feature, not a bug. I just wish I’d stop forgetting to log all my progress. 🤦🏻♀️
