I have been loving Piccadilly sense I was a child and sense it was in the Southland Mall. Then having this app to earn points is so great.

I’m a lifetime customer every since whn Piccadilly was in Southland Mall, & thts been some years. I’m so glad Piccadilly hv updated their menu w/ a lot of different varieties of food. My favorites r chicken tezarennia (spelling w?) & baked stuffed crab fish. Both dishes r very tasty & I’ve never been disappointed w/these two selections. I give them 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for continuing trying 2 satisfy their customers & being open minded abt customers suggestions & getting items tht will definitely plz 👩🦳us. Well done👌🏾😍

App does not work
App worked only one time. I contacted Piccadilly home office several times to advise them the app does not work. Despite their indicating the app should work, my purchases are never credited to my account. The home office no longer responds to my requests for help. I gave up trying to get app to work.

I signed up via email link I was sent weeks ago - got my member # - went to my Picadilly- used it once- via # I was provided - ok!
Next P visit they say my # does not exist- so today I install app - it does not recognize me - try to re sign up - link to sign up does not work either— conclusion : worthless!
