não lê o cartão
estou há 50 minutos tentando carregar o saldo (que já paguei!) para o meu cartão. já encontrei todo tipo de erro. já funcionou no passado, mas sempre com muita dificuldade e muitas tentativas. extremamente frustrante!

Nunca passei tanto estresse com uma aplicação como essa. Pra além de ficar tentando mandar o saldo há mais de uma hora pro meu cartão. Que lixo! Horrível!

Aplicativo porco, só tem uma função que é ler e carregar o cartão e não cumpre! Quando você FINALMENTE consegue ler o cartão, vc paga e tem que ler DE NOVO, sendo que já é impossível ler UMA vez se quer… tem que melhorar MUITO ainda pra dar 2 estrelas.
Something changed…not good!
I spent almost an hour trying to load the current month of my Navegante card using my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Holding it in every which way toward the top back of my phone (as instructed) where the NFC antenna is. Out of 50 attempts, it found the card a handful of those times, but could never get up to 100% before timing out. Finally, it worked (I pressed the card so hard against the camera area in back, I thought I’d break the card). But that’s just the start of the process. Then you do the payment (failing several times even after successfully inputting the Secure 3D code from my bank…but finally working on the 5th try). Then you have to get the app to recognize and load the Navegante card (this took only about 20 attempts this time, but would still time me out before getting to 100%). Finally it worked.
This never happened with last year’s version of the app. It used to read and load my card instantly. Whatever you broke, please fix it. Otherwise it’s back to using the multibanco in town.

PICK
Instalei a app usando o meu iPhone através do Reino Unido. Tem muitos bugs. Não consegues adicionar o bilhete para o Apple wallet , tem algumas falhas a selecionar o bilhete , não podes fazer compra bilhetes ida e volta.

The card never scans!
I have missed my bus and tram so many times because the app will never scan he card — even when I hold it as still as possible or set the phone where it’s placed above the card. Please fix it or eliminate the need to scan the card!

Não consigo carregar meu cartão, descontou o valor da minha conta, mas agora não quer enviar para o cartão o saldo que foi descontado. Acho isso um absurdo. Quero meu reembolso.
Not working anymore
It was working fine until december. Now it does not read my navegante card correctly and it’s impossible to recharge it.

Used to be great, but scan doesn’t work now
I’ve been happily using Pick Hub for many months and recharging my Navegante card easily, but something has happened in the last month because I cannot get PickHub to recognize my card when trying to scan. I’ve tried on 3 devices to make sure hardware wasn’t the issue.
Love the app but if it doesn’t work for the one thing people want to use it for 🤷🏻♂️

Alguns erros/sugestões que podem ser resolvidos:
- Não é possível adicionar um segundo cartão de crédito/débito para pagamento.
- Em “trips”, seria viável que aparecesse o histórico das viagens pagas com o cartão, como acontece em outros países.
- no histórico de pagamentos, não consta a forma como o pagamento foi feito (payment method)
Fora isso, muito bom a facilidade de carregar o cartão pelo celular. Mais prático que isso, apenas se pudesse usar o próprio celular como meio de pgto

Quando aliás se precisa, não funciona!
A App tem a melhor intenção é tornar as recargas dos passes mensais mais dinâmicas e práticas para os usuários. Acontece que sempre que precisamos fazer as recargas, o sistema nunca consegue fazer a leitura completa do cartão e aparece uma mensagem de erro o tempo todo. Isso é muito chato.
