Good app, but no longer works

I was trying to get support by following the link provided here, and it gets me to a web page that looks like they just have forgotten about the existence of this app. It does not show any information on how to get in contact with them, so I decided to leave a bad review here in an intent to get their attention. So, starting with the beginning, let me tell you what was happening. When I first downloaded this app, it was working very nice, doing what it was designed to do. To store pictures within inside the app, thus providing a secured place for your memories. The first time I downloaded, I was doing it on a iPhone 8 Plus, with ios 12. I never had any issue. Now, after receiving an automated upgraded update from apple to ios 16.7 it went absolutely dead. It crashes every time I want to open it. I tried restarting my phone but it didn’t help. It seems that the upgrade made it go dead. Now, I’m stuck with this program that holds information on pictures that I deleted forever when it was still working , trying to save some memory space while I was trusting and relying on the performance of this app. Now that I had recovered some memory on my phone, and tried to copy back those saved pictures from the app, back into the phone, it happens this. A dead end on customer support, and a dead end to those pictures since I just noticed that they had just stopped making updates to their app since 3 years now so far. My advice. Don’t download this app. You’ll end up in a situation like me, where you’re gonna regret doing so.

Doesn’t Work Any Longer

Have been using this app for a long time and was happy with it until now. The app will not let me upload anymore photos. Will not go to my library on my iPad like it used too. Bug? Can’t even contact support under settings. When you click on email support it doesn’t do anything.
