Disappointing
The app consistently fails to provide any route from Old Town Prague to the airport, regardless of the settings or inputs I try. This is one of the most essential and frequently needed connections, so it’s disappointing that the app can’t handle it. While it may work for purchasing tickets, the core functionality—finding routes—doesn’t seem reliable. If such a simple and common route doesn’t work, it’s hard to trust the app for anything else.

Very convenient
Since the pass works on the subway, trams and buses, it's super convenient. No need to buy and validate tickets all the time.
Also, you will run into transit police checking for payment. Just open your phone. At just over C$30 it's fairly well priced.

Need to buy tickets before entering metro station!!!
When I took the metro there were inspectors on the platforms — not on the train itself, which is what I expected — asking to see proof of ticket purchase. I had already bought and validated (this takes 60 seconds) my tickets before heading into the station so I’m not sure if the tickets need to be validated *as well as purchased* to pass the inspection. Either way best to do both even before you’re on the platform :)

The Worst Public Transport Company Ever
Today, 39 underage students from my daughter’s school were each fined about €50 because their teacher had purchased the wrong type of ticket. The app did not make it clear which tickets were required for a school group, making an honest mistake far too easy.
What was particularly disappointing was that every student had to pay the fine individually. Many of them did not even have enough money with them. This was a very poor experience for a group of young international visitors and certainly not the welcome they had hoped for.

Never ending bug
Im flying back to Prague and I heard the country is trying to switch to all e-tickets. I tried logging in - doesn’t work! I tried the “forget password” doesn’t work either! Waste of time!

Everything you need to travel on public transport. Would like to see an option to buy a senior three day ticket in the app rather than just a 24hr one.

Not bad but keeps showing a green button to activate a ticket only for it to activate so many tickets. If a ticket is already active, the app should warn the user and/or not show activate ticket at all
