It’s iffy
Sometimes you get a ride like with in a few minutes others nobody at all the next and they don’t run all hours of the day or night witch I wish they would tell us when they have no drivers available but once you find one for the most part 75% they nice kind the rest of the time rude they don’t listen to where I need to go and they talk on a phone while driving and they don’t listen to when I say stop here please and I have to say forget it let me out you passed my stop if I could give them a half star they would cleaning vehicle is amazing part and sofar they stay in puyallup and I have to take a different kind of transportation as I don’t drive and frustrating part they stay local I’m already paying so why can’t they take me all over Washington state like Tacoma to seattle or seattle to puyallup or to sumner to puyallup open the boundaries more but they’re definitely nice comfortable relaxing liability safe driving for the most part. I’ve only had a few who are speeding. And I mean 65 in a school zone no joke I report them all the time and then they stair at me as they want directions to where I’m going and they point every block do I turn here? Do I turn here? No, you got a GPS use it but they don’t do but not all sadly this is the best way for me to get around though for like going shopping, doctors appointments coming from the Washington State Fair going to a local restaurant. It’s amazing, it just has a little bit of flaws

The zones are confusing
I was chilling with my friends I was able to take a runner to my destination, and then when I was trying to take a runner back from set destination, I was unable to. I am confused about the zones because how come I’m able to travel one way, but the other I am not, I think the zones should be accessible via all zones rather than blocking us specific zones from other zones for safety reasons one two with the time sometimes past 930. You’re not able to make a run runner, even though the zones end at 10pm

No way to schedule
System will only let you do rides at the current time the buttons that are supposed to let you schedule or change time do nothing
Good service and pricing but some major issues
One of the biggest being marking where you are getting picked up, if i mark it at my house it tells me to go across the street, and my driver cancelled my ride cause of the pickup issue and i was trying to rebook it and it didn’t let me do that or use my orca card cause of the bad cell service that wouldn’t be an issue if i could just be able to make where i wanna get picked up at as at my house where i can still reach wifi
Also, the app doesn’t let you use a debit or credit card to add as a payment method, only orca cards or tokens or whatever, but if I dont have those i have to wait several days to be able to do that after i order the card, its stupid

Great Ride . Good for short commute in Puyallup
Awesome
No Scheduling :(
when i open the app i see the schedule ride button for about one second before it disappears. when i try to go into the menu to schedule a ride from there it just makes me choose a ride for right this second. i just want to have something solidified ahead of time is all
The missing piece in public transit
I take the buss and train to and from school 5 days a week and although it’s a 20 min drive it can take up to 2.5 hours to get there depending on bus delays and time of day, since this app I’ve consistently cut my time in half. The convenience is incredible and the fare is perfect. The app is a little hard to work through with the boundaries but it just takes some practice. Hoping this continues and is expanded on because it truly does help!

Very good service
DRIVER WAS AWESOME !!!!
App is fine. Service needs work.
I tried using the Pierce Transit runner service exactly once. I walked 45 minutes to reach the pickup zone only to find when I got there that the app couldn’t find a shuttle that would take me to my destination. What a waste of time.
Inconvenient
VERY inconvenient they never have a back up driver when someone calls out
App not helpful
First time rider, I got a ride scheduled super fast. Driver was at my house before I even got my shoes on. I wish it was easier to understand the app. I couldn’t find a way to delay the ride once I had it scheduled. I was expecting it to take longer for the driver to arrive and I barely had enough time to get ready. The last time I tried to schedule a ride, I couldn’t get one because there were no drivers available. I thought I would have to wait for a while. The unpredictability is not a good thing.

Top Service in Gig Harbor
Our driver Marvin was really great, engaging and a real pleasure to have as our Runner driver down to Tides Tavern. Thank you for such a wonderful service. Deserves to succeed
Wonderful and So Needed
I’ve used Gig Harbor Runner twice. It is excellent service with wonderful, courteous drivers. I’m retired and getting on in years. Runner is a Godsend. Highly recommended!
