They will not remove your data when you request
On their website there is a button in your profile to delete your account. When you click it, they tell you that you must contact customer service to delete your data. OK....
So then you contact customer service and you get AI emailing you back immediately telling you to do what you already did. You explain to the AI that you tried that and were directed to email. The AI apologizes and promises to connect you with a real person.
Days go by and nothing happens. You write again. The AI doesn't remember you even though it's the same email chain. You explain again. The AI again apologizes and promises to connect you. Nothing.
This is unacceptable for an app that holds your most sensitive financial data. An absolute joke of a service.

Great Money Management App
I was also a longtime Mint user and when I was looking for a good alternative I came across Piere. This app meets or exceeds all of the functionality I expect from a money management app. I can easily track my spend per day across various categories, monitor my net worth, set budgets, etc. The addition of AI has made it even easier to query my financial data and gain useful insights. Overall this app has been great to use and is something I rely on daily.

Unanswered tickets
I have made tickets over the past few weeks with no communication. I tried direct mail. My main checking account won’t connect so the app isn’t useful at this moment. Arvest is listed under Plaid but it says try again later when trying to connect and has said that for the last month. I’ve used Reddit to address my issue as well.

Great replacement to mint
I have been looking for a new app after mint was retired. Tried several but nothing worked. Piere has been great from day1 and they kept add new features that enhanced the experience.

it has me click on menu and then it turns black and i can’t click anything

Moved to Piere from Mint and never looked back, love the features, love the developers, nothing but a positive experience!
It’s ok for the price
Transactions don’t update for a couple of days even though it shows “refreshed a few hours ago”. Other than that for the price (I’d they don’t hike), I would recommend it.
Dependable, easy, innovative
Piere is the most the dependable and easy-to-use budgeting platform I’ve ever experienced. They are constantly innovating and bringing new features and efficiencies to improve the platform and leverage new technology. This is my every day foundational budget app now.
Great Resource
After Mint shut down I wanted to find an alternative that would give me a similar or better alternative. I got in on the ground floor and haven’t regretted it. It’s easy to connect to institutions and easy to see what you’re doing. You can customize the home page to what you want/need to see. They are also constantly making it better.

No customer service
The app charged me for the platinum version though I had opted out of it. This company uses all AI. You can NEVER reach a real person. Terrible business model. Do not download. You will get overcharged.
Awesome App
When the Mint app stopped, I was searching for something very similar. I then stumbled across Piere and love it! Simple to use and has all the features that I was looking for.

This app is so easy to if you have a bit of experience with AI and has really helped me save a little money for a rainy day. Before Piere, I spent every penny, now I am held accountable and attribute that to the app.
