Plan your week. Pilates Flow Planner now opens on Today. Give each day of the week its own flow, then open the app and press play. Days you have practised are ticked off, so your week reads at a glance. • Today. The flow you planned, ready to start, with a breakdown of the areas you have worked this week underneath it. • Plan any day. Tap a day to pick its flow or leave it as a rest day. Not feeling it? Swap moves you to a different flow for today without touching the plan. • Dawn. A warm ivory theme with the same editorial serif, and the new default. Nocturne and the other three themes are still in Settings. • Heart rate zones. If you wear an Apple Watch, see how long you spent at rest, light, moderate, vigorous and peak, both at the end of a session and across your week. The player now shows the zone you are in as you practise. • Springs by resistance. Slots are named Light, Medium, Heavy and Extra heavy instead of by colour, so a flow reads the same on anyone's reformer. The colours are still yours to set. • A better Flows list. Search and sort your flows, and see what each one works without opening it. • Easier editing. Select steps to duplicate, group or delete them in one go. Custom exercises can carry a cue in your own words, and a long press removes one you did not mean to make. • Polish. The player is easier to read mid-exercise, and the starter flows have been rebalanced. Your flows, sessions and custom exercises all carry over untouched.
