This app does not work half the time 😞
Compared to ...
I have no other patient management app to compare to. However, I do have several points to make:
* Age: 4+ ... Seriously? This is misleading in so many ways.
* I have to click more than twice to navigate, I am wasting my time.
* If a dialogue box asks whether I want to save before closing, and I select “yes,” I expect that my work will be saved and close automatically. Instead, my work opens again, I click save and then I have to close. It is a waste of my time.
* I should be able to manage clients settings from SAL and create appointments from the patient management.
* I shouldn’t be forced to include a Dx in order to write a clinical note.
