Banned after verification
This app banned me immediately after verifying my profile. Good thing I didn’t pay for a subscription.
Broken
The app is fine, but having paid for premium only for my messages to not be sent or when I read the messages they disappear is an absolute joke tbh. What am I actually paying for? I can’t give a good rating until this is fixed, but thanks for stealing my money I guess
Abysmal communication
After using PinaLove a lot two years ago I recently returned when I became single again. They were happy to accept the expensive fee for 6 months worth of premium and then just a day or two later they suspended me from the platform without warning. They tell you that suspensions will get reviewed within 24 hrs, so I waited. And waited. And waited. I even filled out an inquiry on their website, and still I waited. After an entire month I emailed the support address and heard back quite quickly a generic response about violating rules and now I am permanently banned and the decision is final. I still have absolutely no idea what I did wrong. I wrote another email asking specifically what I did wrong, and I just got the same generic copy-and-paste response. Their communication is horrible, and I don’t think it’s fair especially when I’ve just paid a very expensive fee for 6 months of premium and then be banned for an unknown reason one or two days later. When I was on PinaLove previously it was full of scammers and women just requesting money. Apparently they are ok to be on the app, but I’ve apparently done something much worse to be permanently banned. Their priorities are all skewed and their communication is abysmal. For dating Filipinas, stick to Tinder and Bumble!

Very Slow
This app is most of the time very slow. It won’t download Photos. It heats up so much of my time. What can get done in a minute it takes like 10 minutes because the stuff won’t load.

App performance
I app is VERY glitchy. Deleted or hidden accounts and messages keep reappearing after I refresh, and I’m not too sure how large the user base actually is because I keep seeing the same profiles pop up every day.
ATM cash cow
Sadly most here after a few lines of chat ask for money. It seems there is a view if you’re a foreigner then you want “sexy” photos or just fun and are happy to pay for them. Which means for those seeking genuine relationships we are up against it.

Horrible service
This site is full of scammers, do a photo follow verification, and then get banned. There are far more better dating sites out there than this one where support staff actually reaches back out to you when you send them an email.

You should require members to have to at least write a few sentences about themselves.

I subscribed to Premium and set the filter to not allow users outside of PH to find me yet I get contacted by users in NY and HK 🙄 same thing for age range, the Inbox has issues, even though I reply to someone or see to hide the message, the message is stuck and not loved to “Read” …so it’s a bit pointless to pay for Premium

Junk
I set up the profile and started chatting with people and it worked good for a few minutes. I’ve been trying to verify my profile for about an hour, and it just says connecting, connecting, connect connecting. I’ve killed the app and tried different Wi-Fi, cell signal but nothing seems to matter. I can’t chat with anybody until you verify my photo. So how about you fix this so I can chat with the people that I already started chatting with.
