I can't believe the best donut shop has such a terrible app. I deleted my account right after downloading.
Birthday reward button does not work!
Tried everything multiple times. Updated profile, deleted and reinstalled app. Tried both app and website multiple times. Submitted comment via website but no communication. App and website are both terrible.

Unable to log in, let alone order from iphone.
Doesn’t work and hasn’t for a long time
App never opens and I have deleted it and redownloaded it and nothing works. You need to fix this it’s been doing this for awhile now! Are you guys going to fix it or just keep an app that doesn’t work?! I can’t view my points or anything so no point in going to the shop if I can’t see anything on the app I need to see before I go over there.

Needs improvements
To order from the shops, the app redirects you, which isn’t terribly complicated, but the ordering process is lacking! Please add a place to leave special instructions! I wanted four 1-dozen boxes with the same donuts in each, but there was no way to indicate that. The shops can’t read customers minds! And there’s no place or option to add a tip if you want to.

It's so easy to make an app nowadays especially one that doesn't really do anything. There is no excuse for this crashing

Extremely limited app. Pictures of donuts are okay but ……………….. it would be nice with additional descriptions and the capability of ordering ahead. Without being able to order ahead what is the purpose of ordering ahead.

What is the point
Pictures of donuts and locations. No ability to order just the ability to state your social media and load cash onto the app. No thank you. Deleted
Pointless
Completely pointless app. No way to order or do anything besides visit an external web link for the menu. App navigation seems like it wasn’t thought all the way through. Waste of space at the moment.

No way to purchase donuts. Only view locations, donuts and rewards points.
