Worst app for best internet service
Their Internet service is awesome. This app is the worst nonsense on the AppStore. Every time you open the app it takes you to the iOS settings page asking you to give it your geo location. Note that this is a home Internet company - so they know my house location already - they just want my Geo location to sell it. The app logs you out every few days. It just cannot keep you logged in. Useless - 0 respect for customer privacy, app developers are working on nonsense features rather than something simple like keeping customers logged in

Very irritating App. Not working properly. Every time login is bad experience. Need to add single sign on.

After downloading app I am not able to open the app. Continually getting invalid username or password. After trying Forgot password we are getting otp further no action

Totally worse integration of code/interface. Never works even for simple tasks like payments. Not sure how did this even pass basic quality checks.
