Great grill!
This pit boss Titan is a great grill. I have no idea how I went so long without it. It’s very sturdy. The racks are awesome. There’s so much versatility. Smoke mode rules now that I read the instructions lol. It’s a perfect grill.

Very pleased
I have been smoking for years on bigger smokers, but was looking to get a grill and downsize from my larger smokers. My son in law highly recommended the PittBoss. I’ve tried burnt ends and ribs on the smoker side and was very pleased with the no hassle app to watch the cook. I just made burgers, using a griddle. They turned out great. I am very pleased with my PittBoss and look forward to my next cook.

I've had this Pit Boss for a little while now, and I couldn't be happier. It's easy to use, holds temperature really well, and the food always comes out tasting great. Cleanup is simple too. Definitely a solid grill, especially for the price. I'd buy it again without hesitation.

New PB KC
My pit boss KC combo showed up as I unpacked it there is a fair amount of damage on the unit from factory dents rub marks and the wire heat guard was broken and bent. The grill greats for the propane side are flaking out of the box. All in all the unit looks solid fired up great and easy to use.

Superior Grilling
I have had this smoker/grill for a couple of months and smoked beef and pork, hamburgers, hot dogs and sausages. All have turned out great ! This grill is easy to start, easy to clean and very easy to use !!!
No Connect
Have had this smoker for around 6 months now and still haven’t been able to connect to bluetooth.
Doesn’t display correctly on iPhone
Since the update, I can still see probe temperature, but the rest of the display is jumbled and non-functional.
New owner
The app won't connect to my Xfinity- I have called every one and followed the instructions and still won't connect- pit boss is 0 help, they blame my internet, my internet says everything is working and my modem company says everything is working properly-

The App used to not sync the probes in analytics and the connection stability was not good!! I updated my rating after the las t update and my last smoke session the bugs were fixed and there are more enhancements keep up the good work!!!
Upgrades = More Problems
Every time an upgrade occurs, some problems are fixed, then new problems develop. For example, analytics just do not report anything other than a blank screen. How do these upgrades pass through quality control? A blank screen is pretty obvious that there is a problem somewhere.
Followup: App is the latest version. Troubleshooting steps, press the analytics button and be amazed by a blank screen. Shouldn’t be that difficult to observe the problem for your developers.

App does nothing. Wifi wont connect
Wifi will not connect. App while not launch setting or anything. Cant delete account to enter settings. Might just return the whole grill.
