Can’t create account on mobile. Auth code step cancels when you navigate to email for verification code

This app is honestly such a diamond! It’s so helpful and informative. There are doctors, nurses, and patient care coordinators always ready to assist if need be. I love this app!!
Great intentions!
I love the app! It has a few kinks to be worked out though and I keep checking for updates but nothing yet. If I forget to check administered there is no way for me to do it the next day. So to my doctor it looks like I’m skipping doses all the time. Also when I try and click document as taken for the last 2 days it tells me it’s not time to take this medication yet.
Thankfully I have a very well laid out calendar on hand with all my instructions so this app is not my only source of information.

Can’t get access to use
Attempted to utilize the app. In order to create an account you have to email or call (odd). Normally I wouldn’t have bothered to do this at all as it appears to be an unnecessary step, but as an ivf patient I was intrigued by the app. I have both called and sent an email and can’t get ahold of anyone to even be allowed to use the app. Don’t waste your time downloading or trying to contact.

Your treatment journey in Pixel Fertility connects your doctor (and clinic) as well as the dispensing pharmacy to our healthcare professionals allowing you to have a single point of contact.
