PLEASE FIX THE X BUTTON everytime I try and take off something off my basket no matter how many times I shut down the app change a different store the basket will not clear it’s so annoying currently trying to order a pizza before the store closes

POOR PAYMENT PORTION
THIS APP IS MAKING ME WANT TO CHANGE PIZZA COMPANY AS IT IS NOT EASY TO PAY ON IT. HALF THE BUTTONS DONT SHOW WHEN YOU TRY TO USE IT. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH A GOOD COMPANY OTHERWISE.
App has stopped working
I have iPhone XR and iPad and the app is not working on either. iPad it allows me to order food but when it comes to payment it keeps showing billing info but no option to continue to payment. On my iPhone it does not allow me to add items to basket at all. Shame as have to go to other pizza apps that work.

This isn’t really an app. It’s been done on the cheap. It’s essentially an icon that loads a web browser, but rather irritatingly no back button. Not sure which browser they used and then locked down to the point of uselessness.

Always great & really simple App
Since moving to my local area, I have always used Pizza Gogo. Whenever I have switched (for an offer or opening times etc) I’ve always been disappointed - and always come back to Pizza Gogo.
The App is really easy to use, and (during Covid times) have made it really easy for non-contact delivery. The specials are really easy to select, and create your own is simple too.

Terrible App
This this was made for iPhone 3. No order confirmation, no order update. User experience is terrible. Had to put my address in twice. Then sent to the website. Had to phone local store to see if they got the order.
Slow.
Because the app just decided it wouldn’t work i ran out of time to create my order.

It’s an okay app, easy to place an order but it doesn’t tell u wether the store has accepted the order and what is going on from there on it’s exactly like it’s web page

Pizza, delivered!
All of you shush about tracking and all that jazz, order a pizza and text your Nan or something, before you know it you’ll be enjoying that stuffed crust! Simple and easy to use, needs more raccoons!
Does the job
Basically the website wrapped up into an app. I usually order the same things so clicking the reorder button is quick and easy. Would like an order tracker though
Functional but needs updating
This app worked but not Smooth, appears to be a web app ported, The screen size is out dated and does not fit my XR screen. I left the order flow to change delivery address and I had issues finding my way back to the checkout.
It desperately needs updating to a smother more modern application.

Works beautifully with no problems
The new update is amazing and now the app is very easy to use. No complaints at all. Also love how I can repeat orders! 😊
