No order history
I’ve ordered a few times this year through the app and recently checked to see where I was at with my points. It hasn’t been keeping an order history past October of 2025. I haven’t been getting any points for my orders.

Lacking in Payment Section
Please tell me why I have to enter my card information every single time I want to mobile order, and why the app no longer allows Apple Pay. Ugh.

This is honestly the worst restaurant app I have ever used. The app is always glitching and I can never select the right location. I would go to planet smoothie a lot more if app could work at least sometime.
No Points
Good for ordering but the points are no longer adding up.
App Gets Worse Every Day
Useless. No receipts, order history doesn’t work. Stopped showing the last smoothie you ordered. Very slow, endless loading loops, it won’t find store location, it won’t add a smoothie to the cart even if I make it that far, I can’t place an order anymore. I don’t need a $13 cup of ice anyway. Good riddance.

THEY FIXED IT
when picking a smoothie, it doesn’t allow me to move forward because i haven’t selected a drink size.. but there is nowhere visible for me to choose a drink size?

Tip Calculator is Broken
The app has actually been great until I noticed today that something is majorly wrong with the tip calculator. I try to tip around 10% rounded up, but whenever I put in a custom tip it would change it. A $2.68 tip became a $52.68 tip, $1.68 became $32.68, and $0.68 became $12.68. Something is definitely wrong with the app or backend code.

Poor design; broken app.
When you try to add a card, it just takes you to an empty screen that only lets you go back. Poor web design. It feels like they uploaded a half-finished version of the app onto the App Store. Very unprofessional.
Zero Functionality Due to Errors
I cannot create an account “due to errors” (helpful, btw) and I can’t place orders as a guest because nothing seems to satisfy “select a valid name”. Not sure what use this app is except maybe thinking about buying a smoothie, or finding the nearest location.
Awful account creation problems
Literally tried for 20 minutes to make and account, because it refused to let me continue as a guest, citing a “invalid first name.” The account creation constantly told me there were errors regarding my request, even though every single form said valid. Eventually gave up, terribly not user friendly.

No Point System
I have yet to find the point system or have any rewards for the past 3 months of me using the app. I can’t believe it.
App won’t continue with gift card payment
When I try to enter and pay with a gift card, it accepts the number that I input but then doesn’t take me to where I can use it to finalize the order. This makes getting the gift cards and using them on this app impossible. Please fix.
App Crash
Forget about ordering ahead. App always crashes when you go to payment, and the app is hard to navigate anyways.
APP CANNOT SCAN REWARDS
Hey I have used your application for a while now and it becomes a bit frustrating when trying to use the QR code to scan my rewards. It is something that could simplify the process and make operations smoother in everyday life. If the app could have that functionality that would be amazing as it has been broke for a while.

Won’t let me sign up
This app is truly awful. Not sure how a popular brand can have a non functional app. Very frustrating.
Pure junk
The app is literally the worst pile I’ve ever had the experience of using just delete it and don’t offer one planet smoothie or do better what a waste of time.
Can’t join the rewards
Tried to creat an account with multiple emails and keeps saying there’s an error in the field but doesn’t tell you what the error is. It’s only a few things to enter.. ohh well I tried to give you business.. guess I’m going to Smoothie King instead.
Won’t create an account
I’ve tried to download and re-download the load the app multiple times, and each time it will not allow me to create an account. Keep saying there is an error.
