Sorry zero star is not an option here. Is this company pranking us here? Even register a user portal is a huge challenge with all kinds of errors popping up. Please stop wasting our time.

They just make it to waste your time it will not work properly and you will have trouble in signing up in the app

Signin is terrible. Wouldn’t scan passport using camera so I had to manually enter everything, then come to find out the app is only for purchases made in UAE not Europe. Waste of time.
Useless app - do not purchase from retailers who use this method of refund
We made a purchase in El Corte Ingles in Palma and at the point of buying, asked if there was a tax-refund process. We were given the VAT receipt and headed off to customer services.
The system didn’t recognise one character of our postcode and we did check that it had been input correctly.
Then I downloaded the app to see if it would accept my address.
That was half an hour of my life that I won’t get back. The app couldn’t find Palma airport and then wouldn’t let me put in a start date for my trip which fell before the date of the purchase. Planet expects you to be psychic and know which services each shop uses before you leave home and download every possible refund app which is ridiculous.
In short, no refund on a €1400 purchase.
I have used Global Blue and Zapptax and bespoke systems such as at Galeries Lafayette. I have claimed refunds for different countries to my departure country in the Schengen zone so am quite au fait with the tax refund process and it has worked well every time previously.
Planet is useless and no retailer that has any respect for its customers should use it.
I gave a one star review because zero was not available.

Неудачное приложение Tax Free
Самое неудачное приложение. Регистрация не работает, после смены паспорта приложение вообще не узнает вас, выплаты задерживаются (постоянно виснет на - “выплата приостановлена»). Если им позвонить, они вам просто скажут - пишите письма. На письма отвечают долго, а если отвечают, то их сотрудники не понимают свою работу.
