ALWAYS has issues…
I’ve been banking with planters for about 5 years, and this app is HORRIBLE. You can’t do half of the things it’s made for. The option to make a new account has never worked, the option to open a new savings account has never worked, and they get hacked so much they make you change your password a ridiculous amount of times. Not to mention how it’s down more than half of the days of the week. Please fix this.

Horrible
Since new updates this app is horrible. Face ID feature has to constantly be checked and does not work half the time. Cannot deposit any checks anymore. I have deleted and downloaded the app many times to no avail. I have complained many times to the bank with no solutions. I had no problem with any feature until the updates.

Useless most of the time
I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app due to repetitive issues with it not accepting my password. Or it says there are connectivity issues. It’s so annoying. I have to keep changing my password and it still won’t let me sign in. I love my hometown bank but this app is terrible and so frustrating.

Update needed
Going on day two of not being able to access my app. It just says there’s an error and to check back later.
Used to be…
This app used to be great, but lately everytime I try to log in it won’t except my password and I’m constantly having to change it. Then I forget bc I have changed so many times. It’s very aggravating…. Why can’t they leave good apps alone? If it’s not broke don’t fix it!
Terrible
Planters has to have the most barebones, poorly made mobile banking app. You can not use cashapp, chime, or zelle with your planters app. Many features just straight up do not work. You will constantly get stuck in loading screens or locked out. Could use a major overhaul and remodeling
User friendly
It is user friendly but I will have to say when making internal transfers it requires you to enter your pass word if you use Face ID it does this same thing for Zelle it would be nice if they could change the language as well to help others

Kinda dumb to ask for password if I’m making a payment… y’all better let anyone make a payment on this account just no withdrawal
App locked
The app no longer works. It fails to open and gives an error message, “Error. You do not have network connectivity. Please check your connection and try again.” I have removed and reinstalled the app with no resolution.

Planters made me a home about 10 years ago, and I’ll never leave. Wonderful people in Sturgis!! Love you guys 🎈😎.
I love Planters
The people at Planters are always courteous & helpful. This is important to me because I am elderly & often need help. This bank is great from the top down. I feel very fortunate to have it available to me. I am grateful.
Mobile check deposit
It took me 4 times to deposit 1 check…. I kept getting error message stating it can’t read signature block!!! I use a stamp with FOR MOBILE DEPOSIT on it…. How can that be an issue????

I have been banking with Planters bank for many years. I love the personal experience that I receive there. They know me and wave at me and even give my dog treats when I go through the drive-through, when I don’t even have banking business to do. They are so friendly and I would never use another bank. Highly recommend! Sonya is the best bank manager! If I ever have a question or problem, it is handled very very promptly by Sonya.

Planters Bank has a great app that allows mobile deposits, bill pay and also works with Zelle.

Curious
I love this app although I do have a question. Here recently no matter if I’m on the network or Wi-Fi, the app tells me that I don’t have network connectivity and a try again. I have to login online instead of the app.
