Reduced Plan Storage
A little sad they made storage change limits to founding members. Cut our plan in half at same cost. Have also experienced major app upload issues. Was a huge fan…..now not so much.
Won’t Let Me Upload Files
I’ve emailed Playbook about this issue many times before and I never ever hear anything back. So, I’ll just write my review out. It won’t let me upload files at all sometimes, when I have photos I need to upload from my iPhone, 99% of the time it takes 10 minutes to upload a photo because it always pops up with a “request timed out” or some error message like that. Mind you, the photos I’m uploading aren’t high quality at all, they’re just regular iPhone photos, not big files! Today, I deleted the app because it just wouldn’t load at all when I was trying to upload photos. I was very frustrated. No matter what I did, it wouldn’t let me do it. It’s not even my WiFi, my WiFi is great. It’s the app itself that needs fixing. I used to be a pro member too, but I ended that subscription this month and won’t be going back. I’m now looking for new alternatives.

Latest update doesn’t allow more than 3 uploads at a time even for pro users
I am paying for a pro account and not receiving the benefits :(
Been with them for years, they abandoned all early supporters.
I have been with Playbook for years and vouched for them, and gave them so much free publicity over the years they offered free lifetime memberships to their early supporters only to take it away once they've started becoming successful and abandoned all the people who made it possible for them.

Unstable
So unstable app even the Web, so laggy and doesn’t response perfectly. Application is more garbage than Web. Been updating every update but there’s not any update yet that were/is fixed.
Is this for real?
I was surprised to see that my account now has advanced features for artists and designers. I can't believe I have access to them without any ads or pop-ups interrupting my work. I keep waiting for something negative to happen, but I can't believe it's all free.

I am an artist, so I need a lot of space for videos to make content, save inspiring images, etc.. playbook allows me much more free storage than google drive!
Please fix app crashing
I love this app so much however the app keeps crashing constantly. Please can you fix this issue? Otherwise best app ever

Doesn’t stay signed in
Loving it, and know this is in its infancy, but would love it if it didn’t sign me out every few days. Does this on both my iPhone and iPad. Hopefully this can be addressed soon. Great otherwise!

App Keeps playing video in background
I love this app, but there's this terrible bug that just keeps playing videos after they're closed. I have to close the app the and launch it again which is frustrating.

It's finally here!
I was eagerly waiting for playbook to build there app, the app works fine when I transfer small amount of documents or photos to my account.
But, when i transfer more than 50 photos the app takes alot of time to load and then crashes automatically.
Please look into this developers. Apart from that the app is user friendly and smooth.

Need Background Upload
I have been using Playbook from a long time now. It was good with browser and now its even better with the app. However it should have a background upload option where we can give permission of all the photos from the gallery and the photos keep uploading. Also there should be option of getting photos from Google Photos, just like google Drive.
