A clearer PlayProtocol. The front door now leads with your program: if your school or clinic is enrolled with Cape Concierge PT, sign in for your sports, your season and the full library. Starting free still takes no account. Your sports sit on one easy-to-read sheet, and the call sheet before a run and the log after it are bigger and quicker to read. For enrolled programs, the run-through goes hands-free in more ways. Turn on Clicker control to hold the clock and skip drills from AirPods or a Bluetooth clicker, or tell Siri "Skip ahead in PlayProtocol" or "Pause PlayProtocol." The runner saves the whole practice's video when you press Start, so it keeps playing when the signal drops. Drill videos no longer stop your music: a silent clip plays under whatever you have on, and a clip with sound lowers it only while it plays. Guides wait for you to press play, and with Reduce Motion on every clip has a play button.

PlayProtocol Pro
One-time unlock. Every Pro drill, every sport.
PlayProtocol offers drills for soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, field hockey, and lacrosse. Each sport's warm-up routines are available to run without payment.
The free version provides 17 drills accessible to everyone, and the start of each sport's warm-up is unlocked upon opening the app for that sport. No account or payment is required to access these initial drills.
PlayProtocol Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks all paid drills in the library. This purchase is made through your Apple Account and can be restored on other devices, with the library growing as new drills are added.
No, PlayProtocol is ad-free. The app explicitly states it has no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs of any kind, ensuring an uninterrupted user experience.
Yes, drills are saved for offline use once watched. This feature ensures that a lack of internet connection, such as at a remote field, will not prevent practice sessions.
PlayProtocol does not collect health records or medical data. It only gathers data related to drills, check-ins, and notes, and your data is never sold or shared.
The app was last updated on August 26, 2026, with version 1.0.3. The library of drills is expected to grow as Cape Concierge PT films more content.
PlayProtocol has an age rating of 4+, making it suitable for a wide range of young athletes and teams. The drills are designed by physical therapists for injury prevention.
