Can’t log in

I love this app however it no longer lets me log in. It says there is an update but there does not seem to be one. Please advise .,,

Nice teaching and tracking app

This app is great for learning how to use the equipment to drain and track the volume removed

Response from developer

Dear Smitheng1, Thanks for the kind words and review. We work hard to try to make the PleurX app a positive experience for training and recording data. Thank you! Traci and team

More accurate drainage amount

The app doesn’t allow you to put the proper drainage amount. My drainage could be 325 and it doesn’t allow to chart that amount . We need to be able to chart accurate amounts. Other than this issue the app works good.

Response from developer

Hello kjnnurse, Thank you for taking time to leave a rating and feedback on the PleurX app. I will take you suggestion to my team to see if we can increase the increments of drainage to help give a more precise measurement. Thank you for the suggestion, we are always open for ways to make the app more useful for the actual users. All my best, Traci and team

Login is cumbersome

I’m not crazy about the login from my iPhone. Username is remembered which is good, but filling in the saved password takes 2-3 tries and sometimes redirects to things I don’t even understand. Would love to open and authenticate with Face ID to speed up login.

Updates

Would be a 5 star but left me high and dry trying to update the app. Had to delete and reinstall. Let’s see if this takes.

Response from developer

Dear Defilus65, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking time to let us know how we can make the app better. The recent update may have been the culprit. I am checking in with the rest of the app team to try to resolve the issue for other users and future updates. Again thanks for the comments! Traci and team
