Can’t log in
I love this app however it no longer lets me log in. It says there is an update but there does not seem to be one. Please advise .,,

This app is great for learning how to use the equipment to drain and track the volume removed
More accurate drainage amount
The app doesn’t allow you to put the proper drainage amount. My drainage could be 325 and it doesn’t allow to chart that amount . We need to be able to chart accurate amounts. Other than this issue the app works good.
Login is cumbersome
I’m not crazy about the login from my iPhone. Username is remembered which is good, but filling in the saved password takes 2-3 tries and sometimes redirects to things I don’t even understand. Would love to open and authenticate with Face ID to speed up login.
Updates
Would be a 5 star but left me high and dry trying to update the app. Had to delete and reinstall. Let’s see if this takes.

Doesn’t work on my iPad can’t enter quantity have to use my phone. And it won’t save the password have to enter there high security password every time I go into it.

Scared to use
All the other negative reviews - I was going to still give it a shot then I tried to have 2 entries for the same day because the doctor asked me to drain twice a day for the first couple of days. Such a simple thing and the app blocked me from more than one entry per day. I’m going to just use the notepad on my phone and delete this app.

Pleurx cath abdominal option needed, right or left.
Please include an option for Pleurx abdominal catheter to track drainage.
Painful to use
No face or save password for login. Doesn’t appear to synch across multiple devices for family to assist with reminders. :(
Doesn’t always update your input
Works sometimes. 50% fail. I recommend always taking the photo with phone camera outside of this app. I’ve had to delete and re-install this app several times and try to enter data from days where it failed to hold the inputs. Tried to show the pulmonary team the records and all we saw was the filling PLEURX bottle animation for 5 min. Big bust. Luckily, I also recorded the drainage stats on paper.

I should have known not to trust an app when it comes to storing medical data. This app stopped working. It wouldn’t allow me to log in. Paper and pen is still the best.
Stopped working
After two months of logging daily drainage, the app stopped working. All that data! Gone? This is a by-product of a monopoly.
Do NOT use this app
I thought I could successfully store all my mom’s pleural effusion drain info on the app. On the 6th day it stopped working. We lost the previous 5 days of data. We were not wise enough to write it down on a paper log so we have only 1 day of data to provide her Pulmonologist. Shame on PleurX for taking advantage of us. No second chances with my mom’s health.

Unreliable and frustrating
Doesn’t always work. Won’t save info. Can’t always log in. Unhappy with it.
Update
The crashing I experienced appears to be related to a glitch in the app - if you don't update every item, save the data, and then LOG OUT there is a high risk of a subsequent crash that requires deletion and reinstalling. If you log out every single time it appears to be far more reliable.
Terrible app for vulnerable users.
Application works long enough to waste time and effort then crashes repeatedly. I have had to delete and reinstall every single time PleurX is used.
App stopped working abruptly
Like every other PleurX review writer here, the app abruptly stopped working on us. Username / password are rejected despite being correct, even after uninstall / reinstall of app. This is squarely for the developers to fix. Please upgrade the app accordingly, patients’ ease, health records, and record-keeping are in the balance here!!

App stopped working
I had the exact same problem logging in. It won’t accept my password or let me continue. I’ve tried forgot password and create an account. There is no response on the password and create an account wouldn’t let me past accepting terms. Please fix the issue. I rely on this app for information for my doctor. Thank you.

Doesn’t “remember” my password so I have to enter every time. As above, will not allow me to log in when I gave the correct password. Very frustrating,
