App doesn’t open
The app doesn’t open, tried several times to sing up, the app takes ages to sing-up and never open, gives a white screen. Tried multiple times, deleted and re-installed the app, waited hours between sign-up retries, nothing works, the tech needs a lot of work

I ordered the Jamun product by mistake instead of Guava and tried to cancel the order before delivery, but cancellation was not allowed. After receiving the product, I found that the return option is also not available, even though "Easy Return" was shown while ordering. I contacted customer support but did not receive any response. This experience was disappointing and misleading. Please make cancellation and return policies clear and accessible. Please don't oder this app 😡😡

I ordered 4 months pack in that pack I received damaged product I tried to contact customer care but customer support is not getting connected after 30 days when I get connected to them they said they can’t do anything

Incomplete Order Received
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your company. I had placed an order which clearly mentioned I would receive the following items: Hibiscus Bond Repair Set Guava Glow Regime Complimentary Items: 24K Guava Gold Serum, Mango Smoothie, and a Sustainable Mug However, upon receiving the parcel, I found only the Hibiscus Bond Repair Set and Guava Glow Regime inside. The complimentary items that were promised at the time of order were missing. This is highly unprofessional and misleading. I called your customer support and was connected to Mr. Raj, who introduced himself as the floor supervisor. He clearly refused to raise my complaint, which is highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, he abruptly disconnected the call.

Useless packaging
I ordered serum face wash and body wash and they did such bad packing that my jamun serum spilled out completely and when I tried to refund it, there was no refund. Please if you are selling such expensive products and giving such less quantity, then do the packaging properly so that no one's money is wasted and every product of yours is very good.

I recently ordered few plix products through their app and unfortunately found one major product missing. I had already paid online for all the items. After almost having a panic attack i contacted plix team , and their team has been very helpful, and they coordinated very well. After few days i received the missing product. Thank you plix your service is amazing and yes all your products are very effective

Bad customer support
I purchased some products but later canceled them for certain reasons. It’s been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I tried reaching out to customer support, they either didn’t pick up my calls or failed to provide any assistance.

Disappointed from plix delivery time
I m waiting fir my order since past 2 days the order details says i will receive my parcel in 12 to 24 hours but it’s been 4 days this app plix commitments are fake they just give fake delivery timing to get the order i suggest not to take products from here.

But because of that i had to order some other product which was more costlier and now i want plix to bare that cost for me coz the other product i bought is Disgusting

Idk about plix site but the app is super terrible.
They don’t show you anything about order shipment,delivered or not nothing.
I cancelled one order due to address reason and then too they delivered that to address after cancellation and then customer services are telling me that from app the order cannot be cancelled and its showing cancel on my app total waste app. Kindly fix all thswse type pf issues
